From the moment 0, she was answering my doubts when going to Montevideo for the first time, she was flexible with the arrival and departure of the apartment accommodating the schedules that made us more comfortable. The apartment is perfect for a few days in MDV, the area is very quiet and has many shops nearby. In addition, you can walk until you reach Parque Rodó and the Rambla, I would definitely come back. Our stay in Montevideo was beautiful. A city that invites you to return. The house is super functional, perfect for a family or group of friends, it has all the amenities and is very well equipped, the location is excellent, 1 block from the Rambla. The neighborhood is very beautiful, on the same block there are restaurants, pharmacy, several shops and supermarket. The apartment's parking is convenient and you can also park nearby without any problem, the area made us feel very safe all the time. Both Natalia and Pablo were very kind and attentive to our inquiries.

Excellent accommodation! The decoration is beautiful. Furniture and equipment throughout the apartment is of very good quality, including tableware, mattress, linens and towels. Nothing is missing. There's everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Camila welcomed us with snacks and drinks. She was flexible with our arrival and departure and very attentive when we asked for local recommendations. The area is very quiet, one block from the boulevard. We really liked the apartment – it was very clean and had everything we needed for cooking. There is a great supermarket called Disco just around the corner, which was very convenient. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to everything we needed. Overall, we were happy with our stay. The only small issue was the hot water – it wasn’t enough for two people to shower one after another, so we had to wait for it to heat up again. Apart from that, everything was great!

We stayed for 2 months in the accommodation as we came from exchange Spain. The house was perfect for our stay, it had everything, very spacious... Stefano is always pending for any questions you have and helps you with everything. Awesome host. We're so glad to have chosen that house for our stay. The location is very good, a few meters from the beach, with supermarkets very close by. It is a very secure zone.

Our stay at Andres' place was spectacular, it's ideal for families: - Very noteworthy location, it is a quiet neighborhood, safe, very nice to walk around the area. It also has an excellent gastronomic pole just a few blocks away. - The house is super well equipped, the kitchen has everything you need and more. And as a plus, for the children there are many toys, books and entertainment. - The cleanliness is very good, the house is impeccable. - Communication with Andrés was excellent, very fluid. He was always attentive to flexibly coordinate check-in and check-out times. It exceeded my expectations, I will definitely stay here again in my next stay in Montevideo.

I will start with the apartment, comfortable, very well equipped, the description and photos are such what I found . The very nice and well located building, walking access to the boulevard, shopping, bus stop of various lines, restaurant, ice cream shop, pharmacy, butcher and super no more than a 5-minute walk away. I had only two minor problems in the lodging, an air conditioner that was not working and the electronic lock that in the last day gave some problem that triggered an alarm, but still functioning normally. But I'm sure Pablo will solve these small problems, as it has a proactivity and a willingness to do so. In the most excellent everything, an apartment with an amazing view and a fine taste decoration, we feel great throughout the stay.

Super good accommodation, spacious, nice, excellent view. Super comfortable for 4 people. The only detail is that the location is not convenient for someone who does not have a car for example. In my case, we if we had and less bad that we decided to rent it yourself in Montevideo and then go to Punta del Este because the accommodation is far from the coast or the center or restaurant or supermarkets.
