A cosy, authentic house down-town east. Fully equipped, very comfortable. You can spot the 'Martinitoren' from the house! Within a 5 minutes walk you are on the 'Grote Markt'. Many restaurant and pubs are in the neighbourhood. The academic hospital (UMCG) is at a 100 meters-distance. Big plus is the parking-space in our secluded back-yard (for that: max. height of your car around 5'10). In the living-room is a Smart-TV (you can enjoy Netflix with your own subscription). A great place to stay!

New B&B in Groningen What was first used as a shed has been transformed into B&b of no less than 75 m2 with the look of a loft, on the outskirts of Groningen. The newly built warehouse 14 is 4 km away from the city center. Near the beautiful Noorderplantsoen in one of the most beautiful and quiet neighborhoods of Groningen overnight in an atmospheric colorful lower house. There is a garden bedroom and an anteroom, both with double beds, and a mezzanine where you can also sleep. A private kitchen with coffee and tea, fridge and oven/microwave, a dining room with access to the intimate city garden full of flowers. Privacy with its own bathroom and toilet. You walked into the downtown area within 5 minutes!

"Slapers" spacious ground floor apartment & garden

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!

Apartment with lots of privacy near the city center

Our house was built in 1912 and has been lovingly renovated in recent years. The guesthouse is located on the entire 2nd floor, which is lockable and offers a lot of privacy. It is a bright, comfortable, spacious floor with good WiFi connection. The decor is tasteful, with a nod to the seventies. Ideal location: you can walk to the center within 15 minutes and the Noorderplantsoen is a stone's throw away. North train and bus station is a 5-minute walk.

A nice, cozy little house on the edge of the old center. Fully furnished, comfortable and fully equipped. Can be booked for a short or longer stay. On the first day, a partly organic, self-service breakfast will be ready for you. Supermarket nearby is at Meeuwerderweg 96-98 (open until 10 p.m./Sunday 8 p.m.) The B&B does not have its own parking space. Not far and the cheapest option is the Oosterpoort parking garage - street name is Trompsingel 23.

During the summer, the rooms are wonderfully cool and cozily warm during the winter. The accommodation is within walking distance (5 min.) from the station (train + bus). By car, the accommodation is easily accessible, a short distance from Juliana Square, where the A7 and A28 intersect. Free parking on own property.
