Description Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is located in Oostwoud, in the heart of Westfriesland. It is a cottage-style home located behind our glass studio, in the deep waterfront garden. It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. There is, among other things, a Grand Cafe De Post around the corner where you can eat delicious food and a pizza eatery Giovanni Midwoud that also delivers. A motorboat is available for a fee. With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

Restaurants and the town center are within walking distance. The lovingly furnished apartment offers a bedroom with box spring bed and a cozy living room with open kitchen and access to the south balcony. A private beach chair on the north beach from April 1 - September 30 is included!

The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. Geniet in de zomer van je ruime prive tuin met zitgedeelte, een veranda en een hangmat tussen de bomen. In de winter zit je heerlijk knus binnen bij de houtkachel die de ruimte binnen no-time verwarmd. De tinyhouse is compact maar van alle gemakken voorzien!

Ilpendam is a picturesque village near Amsterdam, in 10 minutes you can be at Amsterdam Central Station by bus. You have a view of the garden and the adjacent park with butterfly garden and playground. Parking is free in front of the door.

Unfortunately, our apartment is not suitable for children, due to a ditch on the premises. It is also possible to rent electric bicycles!
