Ons huisje staat in één van de mooiste Waterlandse dorpen, Broek in Waterland. Het bevindt zich in een prachtige omgeving, op 8 km van Amsterdam. Op 3 minuten lopen afstand vind je de bushalte, waardoor je binnen 12 minuten op Amsterdam Centraal staat. Het gastenverblijf zelf biedt alles wat je tijdens een vakantie nodig hebt. In ons gastenverblijf is het dus heerlijk 'thuiskomen' na bijvoorbeeld een drukke dag in de stad, of bijvoorbeeld een fietstocht langs alle leuke dorpjes hier in de buurt.

Our beautiful houseboat is only 12 min from Amsterdam centre by train & 5 min from the famous Zaanse Schans windmills! Use our boat to visit the local mills in the nature area, relax in the large sunny garden or on our spacious terrace boat! It's the ideal location to enjoy a relaxed holiday and also be close to all the famous attractions! A rowing boat and bikes are available (for free) so you can enjoy all the attractions in the area near the houseboat! We're looking forward to meeting you!

Het Huisje: bank, eettafel met 2 stoelen. Keuken met toebehoren. Badkamer: toilet,douche wastafel. 2 pers bed 160x210. Klimaatcontrol, smart TV, Wifi. Zelfvoorzienend dmv zonnepanelen. Terras: 2 lounge stoelen en een bistroset. Carpoort voor parkeren auto en fietsen. Wandel/fietsroutes en diverse horeca.

Graft-De Rijp is a lovely historical Dutch town. B & B Mooie Dromen (Sweet Dreams) is centrally located in North Holland. Within half an hour you'll be in the centre of Amsterdam but also in Alkmaar, Volendam, Zaanse Schans. We offer you a spacious private guest house in a beautiful surrounding. You'll have a lot of privacy and the owner is happy to inform you and make it as comfortable as possible. The cottage is suitable for couples, solo business travelers and families (with children).

Wonderful upstairs! apartment. Parking village free.

A lovely upstairs! apartment right in the center of De Rijp. Volendam, Amsterdam, Strand, Alkmaar and Zaanse Schans all within 20 to 30 minutes drive. This historic building dating from 1652 has recently been completely renovated where the old details have been saved. De Rijp is a beautiful authentic village. Connection to Amsterdam is good. There are no more bikes. No elevator is available. parking in the village for free! The boat and terrace are not included. I live downstairs myself.

Geniet van het terras met BBQ / vuurkorf, de mooie werkplek en tuin aan het water met uitzicht. De prachtige badkamer heeft Marokkaanse accenten met wastafel uit de ‘Souk van Marrakesh’.

Compleet uitgeruste keuken, airco, beamer en twee tweepersoonsbedden (waarvan één op de slaapvide). Geniet van twee eigen patio’s, de vuurkorf/ BBQ en zwemsteiger op loopafstand. Val ’s nachts in slaap onder het dakraam met zicht op de sterren. Gratis parkeren en laadpaal aanwezig.
