The Green House

Single house that is 5 minutes from the center of Chieti. Ideal for two people, but can accommodate up to 3 people. It has a kitchen, a double bedroom, a living room with a bed, a bathroom and a small outdoor area fenced. It has an independent entrance and may be accessed directly from outside. We are just 15 minutes from the sea, 20 minutes from Pescara, 30 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi and 30 minutes from the mountains! We have a shuttle service available, upon reservation.

Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

The kitchen is complete with a microwave, fridge, induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine (capsules) and everything you need to cook and eat your favorite dish. It is very important to know that the bathroom ceiling, over 3 meters high, drops to a height of 1.90 in the bathroom area and that to access it you have to pass inside the modern shower.
