Come enjoy mountain views and nature at this cozy Kern River Casita, nestled on a hill, at the base of the Sequoia National forest, & a short drive to the town & the river. The property has 2 units available. The "Casita" is the separate studio. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your patio lounge chairs, a glass of wine overlooking the sunset at the end of a day at the river, or soak in our outdoor hot tub and bath garden! Host or other guests may be staying in other units during your stay.

Centrally located near Death Valley, Speedway, and PrairieFire training range visitors. Five minutes away from central Pahrump and about 50 minutes to Las Vegas. Your 4 bedroom stay offers a fully equipped kitchen with dining options in a dining room, kitchen nook, or kitchen counter. There are 6 beds that comprise of 1 king, 2 queen, 2 singles and a queen size sofa bed. There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms. The back patio offers a spa, eating table, and fire pit.

Soak up the history of Kernville Ranch in the all natural cedar hot tub after a day on the river, watch the horses frolic in front of pink and purple mountains. Plunge into or practice your casting in our private river (Runs April through December). Originally built in the 1890s. Nestled in over 14 acres of water meadow. There is an attached but separate wing that is another listing. Two bedrooms upstairs, a large living room, loo & kitchen downstairs. no checkout chores.

Kernville

This riverfront house has so much to offer. A beautiful place to bring family and friends to enjoy. Having the river in your backyard brings so much joy. Waking up to the sound of the river is priceless. Please take note that we are pet friendly but if you plan on bringing a pet, there is an extra charge of $100 per pet. Please include that when checking in guests No dogs on bed, sofa and couches. Must bring dog beds. No glass bottles are allowed at the river.

The 1400 square ft pool house comfortably sleeps 5 with a private pool & hot tub and plenty of indoor/outdoor space. The pool house is located on 1 1/2 acres in an upscale neighborhood . We live in the main house. Our property is very quiet, secluded, and walled.
