Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in DeBary

We were in town for my sons baseball tournament and this place was perfect. It was in a very convenient location, close to many things, and only 35 minutes from Disney springs. We appreciate that animals were allowed and that it was easy to walk a dog through the neighborhood.

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

My husband and I chose this spot to get married, and choosing this Condo with Scott and his wife make the trip just that much better! It is CLEAN, tidy, and has everything you may need. The view is breathtaking, and Scott as well as his wife quickly responded to us when we needed help with water pressure issues, in less than 12 hours someone was there to fix it! I cannot recommend this enough! Choose this place, and you'll be happy, well rested, and will miss it the second you leave!

We absolutely loved this cute flat, could see us living there! Everything was perfect, found everything I needed in the kitchen. Each room had such a cute story and the porch was the best to sit and drink coffee in the morning. The information provided in the book was helpful not to mention the My Girl house next door! The ascetic of the house was also most enjoyable, felt like home! We will definitely be back soon! Thanks for the most relaxing and comfortable weekend!

This house was so perfect! It was very clean and quaint and had everything we needed! It was my Dads first time staying at an Airbnb and he was impressed! My sister lives close by in Deltona and she will be recommending your place to her out of town guests. Thank you!

Lara’s place was perfect for my family! The beds were all super comfortable so that we were able to rest easily. The kitchen was well stocked with nice Ninja nonstick pans, essential spices and more than enough paper products and soaps. In fact, there was plenty of bathroom soaps, body wash, shampoos, conditioner, as well as laundry detergents available. One major bonus was all the nice beach gear in the secondary walk in closet. We were glad to have the extra beach cart and chairs and the large nice boogie boards. There were more than enough beach towels. We also used the cooler and shovel from the room. Although I only had my immediate family in our room, we traveled with our extended family in a group of 21 people. Our group stayed in five condos at Sunrise condominiums and Lara’s place was the envy of our group. We had the nicest furniture and supplies in our room compared with the others. I will absolutely book Lara’s place again next time we are in NSB.

This was a lovely place to stay for a few days while visiting my sister. Restaurants, post office, pharmacy, all within walking distance, and a nice view of the lake from the living room. The riverwalk is an excellent place for a jog or dog walk. Especially loved the coffee Michelle stashed in the kitchen and appreciated there was extra attention paid to the cleanliness of the kitchen and coffee pot (I have a thing about them being even a little dusty). The fenced in back yard was nice to spend time in and great for traveling with a dog. Looking forward to staying again soon!

This was hands down one of the most unforgettable getaways our family has ever had. We have eleven-year-old twins, and although we’ve stayed in Astor before, they had never been able to catch anything off a dock—until now. They caught 35 fish off that dock! My husband grew up visiting Astor from Columbus, GA, so it was incredibly special to create new memories here with our own family. The place was cozy and well-equipped, with a small electric stovetop and a portable oven. We loved grilling outside and soaking in the peaceful surroundings. It truly felt like a little slice of magic—a warm, homey escape that exceeded all our expectations. Easily a 10-star stay in our book! We can’t wait to return.

This home checked every box: Location, cleanliness, communication. The location is beautiful, peaceful and perfectly situated to be within 5-10 minutes of anything that our family ever needed: beach, misc. essentials, food. Watching two rocket launches from our dock ended up being an unexpected surprise and so memorable! We had manatee visitors swim right up to the dock 2 of the mornings and saw dolphins daily. The cleanliness was great. There is an obvious care for the home. The entire place was very clean and updated and we all felt comfortable making ourselves right at home. I especially appreciated the beautiful and well stocked kitchen that had every random item that we could have needed. The bathrooms were so nice and clean and the pool/patio area was enjoyed daily. A fantastic bonus was the excellent communication. I had a couple of questions during our stay and they were incredibly quick to respond, helpful, and did so in a very friendly manner. You can't ask for more!

Our stay at joes place was great, very quiet place with fully fenced in yard for your pups, highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

We loved the stay. The game room and cleanness of the place were impressive. We plan to stay there again later in the summer.

This was the absolute best place I have stayed. It was very private and so clean. Christie and Jake respond right away and were so kind. The house I have no words. It was immaculate and so comfortable it was like being in a home away from home. The extras they offered were great such as dishes, towels and cleaning supplies. I fell in love with the primary bathroom and kitchen. We did not want to leave. The deer on the property was a plus, my granddaughter was so happy to see them.

We had a wonderful stay! The space was perfect for our needs—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could have asked for. It was in a great location, quiet and convenient, and felt like a true home away from home. The layout worked really well for us, and we appreciated how well-stocked and organized everything was. It made our trip super easy traveling with two little ones. We hope we will be able to stay at Beth's place again soon!

We had an amazing stay with 5 of our friends at the lake house! Short trip to downtown Sanford with great restaurants. House was beautiful, well kept, and a peaceful retreat. Nick and Lori went above and beyond to ensure our experience was very enjoyable!

Felt like a home away from home right when I walked in, exactly what I was hoping for!

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a relaxing getaway. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure check-in was smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciated the small touches like beach towels and chairs. I can’t recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again. A perfect beach escape!

Wonderful! Even better than when I stayed there a few years ago with a little remodel since then. Easy walk to restaurants and great ice cream. Can watch rocket launches from the back windows or from the park behind the building. Just a really cool and interesting space in a great location and a great host. Clean, easy, great directions, etc., etc., etc!

Family of 6 (4kids 10 and up) This place is very private. Friendly environment, pools (2 within 5min), pickle ball courts (grab racquets/ball from dollar store). Easy walk to the beach. Jack supplies EVERYTHING. You can relax. Things we didn’t even think of plus more, even a blender was nice touch. I can’t think of anything he could add. Towels, chairs, wagon for beach, boards, buckets/shovels, pods to get laundry done and run dishwasher. It’s these little things that count, that most places fall short. We brought our own shampoo, Keurig pods but Jack has plenty if needed. You can tell he makes sure there’s more than enough. You really feel at home. We needed to measure my son’s height for rides, Jack had measuring tape. The place is so equipped you feel right at home. We highly recommend this place and hope we can return in the future.

Marc’s place was truly a one of a kind! Really enjoyed my stay there and would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Place was perfect!

I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE!

Greta stay ! Beautiful sunrise views from private balcony. Close to several restaurants we tried and a microbrewery also Starbucks a block away. There is a CVS, gift shop , 7-11 and so much more in walking distance . Even though building was under construction due to last hurricane, there was no noise or disturbances. We could walk down ramp to beach .

Amazing place to stay! Stayed May 18th-24th. Loved the little extras in the room especially the umbrella, sun was a little strong one day and it came in handy! The bed and pillows were so comfortable. Everything was nice and clean! Definitely want to stay again!
