Very intimate and quiet place with large plot and olive grove. Great for families with children and for people who want peace. Plenty of space, a covered area with a grill where you can eat meals, and hang outside. Very close to the beach. Good communication with hosts of the property. Nearby is a town (a few minutes by car) with shops and taverns.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful location! The house had everything we needed. The view is stunning and it is great to have the beach so close that you can eat breakfast on it. Our daughter (1.5) enjoyed walking by herself and petting the dogs. She laughed a lot during the Donkey ride. It is a great place for kids to explore. Karin and her staf are very friendly. A place you can rarely book. Directly on the sea far away from mass tourism and yet restaurants are within walking distance. If you love peace and quiet, this is the case. Landlords are very friendly and helpful. Anytime again

Good hostess amazing place . Eirini was always available when we needed her . The house and all the facilities was very clean . Dog friendly we had our baby 🐕 with us big yard for her to play . The experience was really nice with the projector in the jacuzzi. We will prefer it again for sure .

This place deserves 20 stars. One of the best places we have ever been! Where I have to start? 1st - great hosts, we really feel like they have been our friends for years, regardless of our age difference. Thank you for everything Mr. Babi and Mrs. Xrisi. (smiley) 2nd - the very clean and sweet tiny house. Nice furnished. There is Air condition for the hot days. 3rd - outdoor kitchen with all needed for long stay. There is a big fridge with freezer. An oven with trays and all kinds of dishes. Two gaz stoves. Gaz barbeque - very easy to use it! 4th - the yard - To stay and drink coffee under the olive trees...The place is perfect for people who want to relax, far a way from the noise of the city... Overlooking the sea from the yard is simply fantastic, relaxing... in the yard there are also facilities for children such as a swing, a slide... 5th the beach - three steps a way from the sandy, very clean beach, we can say private... We had a pleasant stay, the place is very peaceful and beautiful, with a magnificent sea view. We were a three-minute walk to the beach. There is plenty to eat five minutes from the apartment. We were 30 minutes (Thessaloniki city) from a lovely neighbor who prepared incredibly good Greek specialties for us. I thank Maria. I highly recommend this Airbnb. We were able to see young people playing soccer with large boxes, which was unusual for us but especially funny. It was our very first trip and we would do it again. We'd love to. I thank Mr. Pantelis for his attention, his patience, we were very late he waited for us until our arrival. Don't hesitate, the place is beautiful. It was a pleasant stay in Greece.

The house is very nicely decorated, very clean and a wonderful place to relax and go on excursions to Olympus/Meteora. I'd come back.

We had a wonderful restful week in this cottage. Here you really feel like away from it all, in real Greek countryside, and yet you are close to both sides of the peninsula, and all the beautiful beaches. The neighbour has a small farm right next door, and it was amusing to watch the chickens. They were not very noisy and their enclosure was well kept. Dogs, cats, horses and birds reminded us that we are in the countryside. Perhaps some neigbours plots were a bit rough around the edges but nothing too bad. We LOVED the wrap around terrace and the garden with the olive trees! Inside the cottage is small, about 30 square meters perhaps, but it had everything we needed for two people. There was a small problem with the shower but the host fixed it as soon as I mentioned it. The host really made us feel welcome and cared for with everything they did. We would LOVE to come back!

If you are looking for a different kind of vacation. To Live in nature, Babis's space is the place for you. Let's start with the fact that Babis is kind and precious person, available to all our communications and pleasant as a friend. His private space is designed to a high standard. You can see He is a designer with soul! Pay attention to all the little details ! We are a couple with a 5-year-old girl. We spend 24 days in Babis space . The nature in the town is lovely , the air is clean and pleasant in August. We were worried that there was no air conditioning and Babis said there was no reason because the weather is perfect. The town is lovely and beautiful, everything you need and local. You can feel the community. We really enjoyed walking in Arnaia. Every day we did a star trip. There is so much nature, beaches, seas and magic in Halkidiki. We had an amazing family vacation! We fall in LOVE with Arnaia & Babis house. Thank you very much for everything. It was perfect :D

We had an incredible stay! The place was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful—it felt like a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The serene surroundings, thoughtful touches, and cozy atmosphere made it an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed every moment! Honestly it’s worth every penny! 😊

We have stayed in many Airbnb accommodations, but Aris' (and his father's) FAR exceeded our expectations. Some points that we particularly remember: 1. We had a fantastic view of our private part of the beach, which is cleaned every day by Aris and his father. In addition, charcoal and a small grill are available if you want to prepare a few corn cobs in the evening (highly recommended!). 2. Aris' father brought us pita and bougatsa every morning. We also received a bottle of his homemade olive oil (extraordinary taste!) as a gift. Hospitality is lived with all one's heart here. 3. Aris was always ready to fulfill any wishes (e.g. additional blanket or fresh towels) (free of charge!). The list could go on and on. We are already looking forward to spending our vacation with Aris & Papa again next year! Thank you very much, Aris!
