Villa holiday rentals in Decentralized Administration of Macedonia and Thrace

We had a great stay! We picked this place mostly for the 3 bedrooms (so our little kids could space out & sleep) & pool. The outdoor space was incredible - stunning pool, comfortable chairs by the pool, big outdoor table, and plenty of sun/shade. The inside was very clean. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very small. It wasn’t a problem for us because we spent most of our time outside or traveling to beaches, but just beware if you are planning for a crib in a room. The basement room is very big, just has a pull out couch as a bed. The kitchen was small but had the basics, and no table inside. The bathrooms are tiny and water spills out of the shower some. Water pressure and hot water were great though! The location was central and easy to drive to beaches nearby (Siviri fav beach, Afytos fav village). There is a beach about 30m away, but it is rocky with no chairs. The hosts were responsive and helpful, on the property a lot. Neighbors are close but bushes create privacy. Quiet and safe area!

Thanks to Maria and Stella we had an amazing vacation this year. The house is better than the pictures, with recently renovated interiors. The yard is beyond amazing with olive trees and greenery. The house has everything you need and then some. Maria was our host and was so kind and responsive. The location is quiet but a walkable distance from the main street in Nikiti. Beach bars 10min by car. You get amazing value for your money.

The best host I ever dealt with. Evgenis was extremely responsive and took time out of his busy day to give us a short tour of the town nearby. Additionally, when we were short on cash to pay for transportation (to and from the airport), he was gracious enough to loan us cash! Additionally, Evgenis was proactive in giving us a list of recommendations to visit and eat, ordering take out meals for us, hailing a local cab, setting up a sailboat and list goes on. He should've been paid extra money for additional help he gave us during our stay. If that wasn't enough, he gave us a departing gift. We are truly lucky to have him as our host and because of his incredible hospitality, we will find ways to stay at his amazing villa in the near future.

Perfect apartment, very clean, tidy, convenient layout. The kitchen has everything you need, they even took care of cold drinks upon arrival. A pleasant owner who greeted us and told us everything. Spacious and well-maintained courtyard. Everything is 100% as in the photo. But the beach is led by a very steep and dangerous slope, and the beach itself is very dirty and cluttered. It is better to drive a car to the municipal cleaned beaches, than the nearest wild one. Thank you for your hospitality, we had a great rest and rebooted in your home!

A villa that I can definitely recommend for all couples with or without children. The details are far above what is shown in the photos. Clean, tidy, quality, decent, calm, private. We felt like we were in our own summer house for the 5 days we stayed. The pool is absolutely clean and quite enough for a family of 4 people. The sea is extremely calm, pristine, I strongly recommend sea shoes or pallet for sea lovers. The water directly opposite the house is shallow and the sea urchins are too many but the underwater habitat is very beautiful. Mrs. Kallopi is a solution friendly host who loves her job and has good communication with her customers. It was a vacation that helped me to relieve the tiredness of the whole summer. We will visit again at the first opportunity. Thank you

It had everything we needed!

We went as a group of friends (8 people). We love this villa so much, it’s great with decoration, garden, fireplace. It’s absolutely enough for 8 people, you can find everything you need. It’s great to sit by the fireplace at night, have breakfast near the olive trees. Maria is a great person. Even if we arrived very late, she waited for us and took care of everything. She is a really kind, thoughtful host. We’ll definitely come back later.

perfect holiday location and house. Beach in reach for 5 min by walk. Some parts of the beach has beach bars, other areas are for you to place your own umbrella. PERFECT 😉 the host is great! garden is great !! We can really recommend for others and we would be very happy to stay another time.

It was the best! "Greek summer is a mindset"

We had a wonderful stay at Panagiotis’ place and enjoyed the house! Initially it appears overpriced in comparison to other houses around, but once you spend some time in there you understand why it is more expensive. The house is well thought through and has everything a holiday house needs in terms of equipment from outdoor portable speaker, barbecue to small details such as mosquito repellent. There is also direct access to a small beach through a pathway. Panagiotis is fast and responsive and his welcoming attitude contributed to the positive experience with things like welcome package consisting of a wine bottle and fruits and air conditioning switched on on arrival among other things.

The place was superb. Clean, calm, with a nice view of the sea. The hosts were very kind and responsive. The breakfast was unique and varied. Nina brought us breakfast every morning with a wonderful smile and filled us with positive energy even before we tried the amazing food.

A very nice location, a gorgeous garden, well maintained, full of greenery, clean, very well positioned, 3 minutes on foot from the sea. Hosts very welcoming, kind. To mention: In the same yard are the hosts, plus there is a 3 bedroom apartment with a small yard within ( inside) the same locations. Thanks for everything!

We spent great five days at Konstantinos' villas. the house is with excellent design, function and supplied with all necessary amenities. the beautiful private beach is just in front of the villas. Our kids had great time with the paddle boards, available for the guests. there was a daily maid care, which in my experience is a rare service for aurbnb Konstantinos was a great host, hospitable and always responsive. Would definitely come back.

We stayed 5 nights, a family of 6 adults and 3 children and I must say that Nikos's villa is simply stunning! It looks exactly like the pictures, the pool is very large and the area outside is huge and very suitable for families with children who like to run around. Also, its location is excellent, 2 minutes drive to the beautiful promenade of Afytos, where there are many restaurants and boutique shops. In addition, there is a a beautiful beach right next to the Villa, look's likes the Maldives. Nikos was very helpful, answered us 24/7 for any questions we had, guided us in Afytos and even let us check in early and check out late due to a change in our flight, of course we appreciated it very much. I highly recommend and we will definitely will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Geko Suites at Carlo. He is a super friendly host who responds quickly to messages and takes care of any question. The bungalows are perfectly located and offer a lot of privacy. There are five bungalows with basic amenities, so I recommend asking when booking which is available. Overall, our stay was very pleasant and I can definitely recommend the Geko Suites.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

We had an absolutely amazing stay at the villa in Nea Moudania. Everything about the experience was perfect – from the warm welcome to the overall atmosphere. The owner is a wonderful person, very kind and attentive. The house itself is beautiful, with a stunning view and a fantastic pool. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended!

The stay at Kassandra Villa was amazing, the Host or the Daughter of the Host was very friendly, helpful and caring. If we had questions or any favor, she quickly responded. The Apartment itself was clean, comfortable and very modern. The AC worked perfectly and we had no problems. The Daughter of the Host was friendly enough to recommend us restaurants nearby and also breathtaking beaches.

Our family of seven had a wonderful stay at this lovely villa. The spacious outdoor area and pool were perfect for our kids, and the house was spotless and well-stocked. We loved the beautiful nearby beaches, and our kind host made everything easy. A professionally managed property that we highly recommend!

We have just had an amazing two week stay with our family of four at Casa O’ with Orestis as the perfect host. We have been to Thassos many times and we are really pleased to have found these well equipped and very comfortable villas, which are ideally located close to both Golden Beach and Scalia Potamias. We are already looking forward to our next visit!
