This is a very nice relaxing location. Everything is as described and well equipped. Pool is great. Beds are comfortable and air conditioning too. Just be aware that you are pretty remote, there is nothing in walking distance, and the local roads are a bit rough.

We had a fabulous week in Sardinia, our accomadation made it a relaxing and comfortable week. The Villa is great, good ammenities, great pool and a to die for location ! Our host Marco was awesome, great communication, easy check in, and full of help and ideas to make it a special week !

Deborah’s place feels like a home. It is not a sterile business Airbnb like I have become used to. She greets you at the house and makes an effort to help you settle in. The house has everything you could need- cold water on arrival, coffee, pantry staples, laundry detergent and even a first aid kit. We loved lounging by the pool and we felt comfortable to take a rest after many weeks of hectic travel. It was just what we needed. One of my favourite things is that the only sound you hear apart from the odd local car, is a plane, it’s so peaceful and quiet.

Rafael is warm and wants to share his experiences with the area. That is worth much to us. The property is located on a hill overlooking the ocean and it is so beautiful. We had such good sleep there. It accomodated our needs well. Grazie per tutto. Ci siamo divertiti! Denise & Mark

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

The house is very well maintained and the person who welcomed us was fantastic from the first contact, until the time of check-out. Availability, courtesy, cordiality. For those passing through Tuili (perhaps for a wedding in the nearby and prestigious location of Villa Asquer - 5 minutes' walk - or for a quiet weekend) I highly recommend staying here: the pool is very clean, really fantastic. And the whole place is well furnished, well cared for, clean and welcoming. In addition to being spacious (being two large floors). I only recommend greater timeliness in communications via AirBnb, or, alternatively, since the owner does not live on site, to leave a telephone number of an available contact person, to have greater speed in communications (often essential for the organization of times and movements in view of weddings, in fact, which are often held in the village). We'll definitely be back!

We spent a week with our young family and had the best week. The villa and pool is beautiful with incredible views but also perfectly safe for small children. We would return.

We (parents and a year old baby) stayed a week and found it just perfect! We grilled and bathed in the pool with the baby on the windy days. We rented a car and you will soon be on the beautiful beaches of the area and of course close careers. The house looks the same as in the pictures and Gabriele lovingly prepared everything for our baby ( high chair with fasteners, toys, baby water, air mattress in the garden,swing and slide)! He inquired every day if we needed anything. He also gave us good tips for restaurants and things to do. Check-in and check-out were flexible ( thank you so much) and straightforward. Just perfect !!

We couldn't have wished for a better accomodation in Pula! The house is cozy, well equipped, was spot clean and we loved the outside area. On top of that, Claudio was one of the kindest hosts we ever met with great recommendations for beaches and restaurants.

The location just steps from the ocean is stunning. The inside of the home is modern and clean and the outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped. Stefano was a gracious and helpful host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and he provided many options for adventure in the area around this lovely home.

We spent 5 unforgettable days in this beautiful apartment with a sea view! From the first moment, we were struck by the brightness and cleanliness of the rooms. The furnishings are carefully designed and equipped with all the necessary comforts to make you feel at home even on vacation. The highlight is definitely the terrace where we had breakfast, lunch and dinner with a breathtaking view. A truly magical experience! We LOVED our stay at Nella’s place. The location is perfect for those that want a peaceful, private, and relaxing stay. But it’s still very close to Teulada for dinners or popping to get amenities. The view of the ocean and hills every morning and evening was incredible. It’s a great location to explore some of the best (in our opinion) coastline and beaches in Sardinia. Nella and her daughter were very responsive and responded quickly when we had any question. We hope to be back next year!

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. The highlight was the view on the beautiful terrace! The place is beautiful, the beds comfortable, the kitchen very well equipped. It was fun to cook and eat with the beautiful view was a dream. Andrea gave us great tips. We visited the family restaurant, enjoyed the friendly service and the high quality food. It was a very nice time! It's not easy to find, but even there Andrea helped us great and very quickly. Thanks for everything!

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Having a Villa so close to the beach was wonderful. It was a roomie two bedroom villa with a very nice patio.

We spent a week with Vittorio and Daniela in St. Antioco in June 2025. We felt like at home from the beginning. In addition to the personal very friendly welcome by the two and a comprehensive presentation of the house, wine, a fantastic "tomato bread" and a personal "welcome" were already ready for us. From the beginning we had support and tips for the area, excursions, restaurants,... The house is furnished with an incredible amount of love for detail, at the same time the two have thought of all the practical things that make the stay pleasant. Even a cooler bag for the picnic on the road is available 🙂 We met Daniela and Vittorio as very warm people and will be happy to come back any time. Thanks so much Grazie!

Perfect accomodation for a beach holiday. Close to the beach, restaurants and supermarket. A lot of toys available in the house, which was perfect for our two year old son.

Beautiful apartment. Renovated and furnished with a lot of love. We felt very comfortable right away. Everything you need. Idyllic terrace with swing. In the middle of the village, great tips from Riccardo. Airbnb as it should be.

Anna's house view really doesn't have to say, waking up every day to see the azure sea and the greenery in the yard in a very good mood.It's a shame that my son was hospitalized for the first few days of living here and couldn't fully enjoy the house.Anna was so helpful with this emergency, thank you so much!The only flaw in this house for me may be that the two rooms mentioned in the description do not have a window, but it was also okay to have an air conditioner.It was nice to have a separate door in the kitchen, and for those who love to cook, the fumes can go straight out of the kitchen. The surroundings are very convenient, ideal for families with small dolls to take to the sea, which is not particularly busy but beautiful area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host was responsive and provided great recommendations for near by spa and in-home massage therapist, both of which were great. The home was clean and spacious. Highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The house is not only beautifully decorated, but also excellently equipped – we really lacked nothing. The private parking directly at the accommodation was particularly pleasant, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is quiet and ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle of everyday life – perfect for city dwellers who long for a break. Everything was very clean, well-maintained and hygienic, from the living space to the spacious, lovingly designed garden. A big plus are the windows equipped with fly screens, through which you can enjoy the peace and quiet without having to worry about insects. The hosts were extremely friendly, uncomplicated and always helpful – you immediately feel welcome. All in all, we can highly recommend the accommodation with a clear conscience.

what a great experience this was. large rooms, beautiful garden (lemon, lime, pomegranates etc) with 2 swimming pools (not very large but fine to cool off in) Highly recommended for holidaymakers seeking peace and quiet. we were invited by Simone to a pizza party where his family was also present. Very nice and tasty. We will definitely come back.

It was a wonderful, unique vacation! Although we arrived late, we were personally and very nicely greeted by Maria and she showed us everything! The apartment simply has a fantastic location: we enjoyed breakfast with a view of the sea - and we also spent the evenings there often - it was simply too nice to eat there and watch the sunset with a glass of wine! Lying in the hammock with a book and hearing the sea roar at night with the window open was fantastic... The apartment was lovingly furnished - a very good smell immediately greeted you - so that you really felt comfortable. Even a cold beer and a delicious liqueur were in the fridge..- Maria is just a very warm, nice person - and her sister, whom we also got to know, as well. But it was never intrusive or too much - you just felt very welcome! .. it was a holiday we will not forget! Thank you!
