A 200-year-old half-timbered house by the Svitávka River at the gateway to the Lusatian Mountains. The cottage is for your exclusive use and can accommodate up to 18 people. For an additional fee, we can accommodate up to 28 additional guests in 8 lovingly renovated cottages in the garden. Large common room with a stove and a bar for 36 people. There is a large property with a fire pit, grills, outdoor seating, or a sauna, with access to the river. There are great hiking, biking, or motorbike trails in the surrounding area. We offer a brunch buffet option.

This apartment is located on the ground floor of our building, with its own entrance and direct access to the garden. Sometimes you'll hear us in the house, which we've compensated for with a lower price. The perfect choice for those who don't need absolute silence but are still looking for pleasant, peaceful accommodation in a natural setting by the river. You can use the outdoor pergola, the swing bench, the entire garden, and the sun loungers. During the high season, you can pick our herbs, build a fire, or borrow the grill.

Unique accommodation in spacious geodome on the shore of private pond in closed area with outdoor hot zakarpatian bath. The complex is located on the edge of village Horní Podluží, on the border between Lusatian Mountains and Czech-Saxon Switzerland. Possibility of fishing, rental of mountain bikes, electric bikes. Lot of cycle routes, Jedlová lookout tower, ruins of Tolštejn castle, Světlík nature reserve with historic mill, the Luž peak and others.

Minimum stay: 2 nights. Dogs welcome and free of charge. The price includes: Final cleaning, tourist tax, water, sewage, bed linen (please bring towels). Not included in the price is the electricity consumption. We charge 30 cents per Kwh. For firewood our guests pay a daily fee of 10 Euro in the period from October 1 to April 30.
