Holiday rentals with a patio in Deer Park

Loved staying here and would be happy to be back. It’s very spacious, new, and feels like home, if a little sparse. But one trip to HEB made it feel fully stocked and ready for a week-long stay (or much more…). Sreenivas and team are a very responsive and helpful team—I was in good hands the whole stay. Getting in and out was undramatic, the neighborhood is full of hidden gems, and the weather is… well… Houston-y. You can’t have it all.

Everything was awesome ,but the bottom of the tub was dirty, and the toilet filled very slowly I lost the # and sent him an email him and asked him to call me and he didn't get back to me this time ,and I feel that should be taken care of,I fill I due some kind refund. Other than that I loved the place, everything but that was very clean .

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay! We love traveling downtown, and this place was the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. We’re already looking forward to returning hopefully on a Tuesday and would appreciate it if a discount could be considered. Thank you!

This place was great and met all of our needs! We were happy to be within walking distance to Daikin Park (a little less than a mile) and some nice local spots for food. (Yelp was very helpful) The kitchen was well stocked, the bed was very comfy, the little balcony was a nice place for morning coffee, and the AC was highly effective. Other reviewers noted the lengthy instructions, so we took time to read them way in advance to prepare. It’s a lot, but it works. WiFi was strong and easy to connect to. The hosts were friendly and helpful. The only downside had nothing at all to do with the unit: there seems to be a lot of outside noise in the evening, especially when motor bike groups ride through to take advantage of the wide straight streets in the area. Once it all dies down all is quiet. Even with the outside noise, I would stay here again. The location and the unit are great!

Beautiful, well maintained apartment….looked identical to the pictures. The dog park was an added bonus! Nicole was very responsive and all instructions were perfect! I would definitely stay again 😃

Great stay! Gabriel was really polite and responsive! It smelled clean and look nice! Clean pool and hot tub! Only thing I would say is the tv was kind of small but I also didn’t have my glasses so yea lol, but I would definitely stay again! Thanks again for an awesome stay!

My stay at the Greenwood Lodge was excellent! The home was clean and tastefully decorated with very comfortable beds. The location was quiet and convenient for traveling to Kemah and La Porte. Phillip was incredibly responsive and proactively sent helpful reminders. The amenities, like the pool table, foosball, and fully stocked coffee, made the stay more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at the Greenwood Lodge!

My partner and I have stayed at the Bungalow and the Casita several times. Always so clean, comfortable, well decorated - he sets up very welcoming spaces. The bathroom configuration with the giant bathtub is a favorite feature! The Bungalow has a spacious kitchen with everything you need if you want to do your own cooking. Always a lovely experience!

Andrew’s place was fantastic! It was exactly what hubby and I needed for little quick getaway! It’s about 10 minutes from downtown so easy commute to anything “Houston”. We were in town to see Nate Jackson so we only had about a 9 min commute to our venue which was great! We ate at our favorite breakfast spot “Toasted Yolk” which was also only about a 8 min commute. Andrew was also always very responsive for any questions/concerns we had! Andrew’s place is exactly as it’s described, the backyard space is impeccably decorated and provides many different seating and lounging options. You have the option to use the bikes in storage (we didn’t, simply because we were just loving the backyard - we’re outdoors people) but definitely take a ride if you’re free and explore! The neighborhood is up and coming and very quiet, we definitely felt safe. The security/privacy fence also adds to that level of comfort as well. All in all if you’re ever in the Houston Area book Andrew’s place!

Highly recommend this place! My husband and I booked this Airbnb for an anniversary getaway. We loved that there was a private pond for kayaking, fishing and just relaxing by the water. What was also great was that the house was not too far from nearby restaurants and only a 30- to 40-minute drive to Galveston. We definitely want to come back!

Great place to stay for the price!! Great house, clean, easy to check in, lots to do within a 5 min drive. Overall had a happy stay there!

Me and my friend have shared this Airbnb for an convention and we all loved the space and location even though there was construction throughout the area and the driveway was very steep, and had an issue with exactly how many guest have come in the place but we had discussed it and resolved the issue, I appreciate them and the place would recommend to anyone

Great house and location. Close to parks, restaurants, beach and Kemah Boardwalk. The house was cute, clean and felt homey.

We had a great stay at Sharif’s place! The home was absolutely beautiful, honestly even better than the photos. Everything was super convenient, and the rooms and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had a small issue checking in with the door lock, but Sharif was super responsive and helped us out within minutes, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect for our event at NRG Stadium—it was walkable or just a super quick drive, and being right around the corner from the parking lot made things even easier. We loved our stay and will definitely be back next time we’re in town for an event! 5 STARS!!!!! <3

Amazing place next to everything!

Jackie & Jill’s home was very comfortable for the week we stayed here. It’s equipped with all the things you’ll need and the surroundings (a little lake, ducks, turtle) is so placid and unexpected. Thank you for the stay!

This was my second time staying in one of Zenobia's Airbnb units and it won't be the last. Her apartments are very clean, in a great location, and have an elevator, which is a huge perk as I usually have heavy photography equipment with me for work. Great experience all around.

The place was beautiful. Everyone within the neighborhood was nice and welcoming! Very friendly interactions with everyone and a very peaceful place! Loved every second of it, especially the pools. Emily was a pleasure to work with. As with any vacation rental, getting settled needs answers from the owner. Emily responded within 10 minutes. The kitchen had everything you needed to live in the space for long term. We were there a month and was able to cook all meals, store leftovers, do a bunch of baking…it was great
