Townhouse holiday rentals in Deer Valley

Arryn’s place felt like home. We stayed for 4 weeks & it had everything we needed. Close enough, but still away from the hustle of Park City. Arryn was very responsive & answered our questions quickly. Townhouse was stocked & furniture was comfortable & large enough to accommodate 4 people. Very clean. The master bedroom was located on the top floor with a large bathroom & walk in closet. Plenty of towels & very soft sheets. Having a garage was an extra perk, especially during the snow storms. Shuttle bus was right outside the complex so super easy if we didn’t want to drive to the mountain. Highly recommend if you want a relaxing comfortable stay.

Kay was a terrific host. She had the house ready on time and responded when we needed any information. We loved being so close to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. We only had 2 couples for this 4 bedroom home, so we had plenty of space. It was nice to have the two Master Bedrooms on different floors for privacy and space. The kitchen was fully equipped and had spices and some essential cooking need. if needed. Lights were on when we arrived in case we came after the sun set. The neighbors are close, but all seem to work together as a group to keep the noise down at night.

Excellent location, step to Main Street, easy walk up stairs (if you’re in decent shape) to get to run down to Town Lift, literally next to house. Plenty of beds. Third floor with king and twin bed does not have a door, so anticipate some noise if going to bed before others. Parking for a car in garage if desired. Overall, great stay.

Location is a short walk to the Payday lift and PC base, which was great because we came to ski. Everything in the condo was clean, well-maintained, and as pictured. Mel was super responsive and I would happily stay here again.

Julia’s place is a must-stay if you’re coming to Park City. It’s spacious, comfortable, and even better than advertised. The shared amenities are a nice touch, like the hot tub right near the unit. We had our toddler with us and she had a pack and play and kids’ dishes we used. It’s centrally located, too! Julia was also super communicative and answered our questions very quickly. I’d highly recommend her place to anyone!

Cristina was an outstanding host. She helped us with lots of travel tips and great advice on the local area before we arrived and remained in contact after we started our trip. Everything was perfect! Cristina was very helpful when we needed flexibility. The location is perfect for skiing, free bus just steps away from the condo. Also, the recreation center is super close and has tons of activities for active fitness-focused families. Thank you Cristina!!

We’ve stayed in many places in Park City and this townhouse was exceptional. The kitchen was well stocked and the living area was spacious and very comfortable. We loved the beautiful decor. The bus stop was steps away and made getting to the slopes a breeze. Main Street was an easy walk. For skiing. the garage afforded a great space to unload gear and then just inside the door was a convenient place for hanging clothing and taking off shoes/boots. The hot tub was located in a cute little oasis. We will definitely be back!

Patsy and Loretta are amazing hosts, friendly, responsive and their place is fantastic. We were travelling with our toddler, simply loved the experience.

This was the perfect getaway. A lot of homes in the neighborhood might look amazing, but this home had a view that the others didn't. But above that, the home had a great vibe, the neighbors were quiet lovely, and I'll be coming back here every time I come through Park City!

We loved every minute of staying at this amazing Lakeside condo! It was plenty of space for our family of 8 and the proximity to Deer Valley could not be better. The shuttle bus to the mountain was so convenient and leaving our skis at the complementary Deer Valley storage room was the best. Even if you come in the winter, I would recommend bringing flip-flops to go to the heated pool and hot tub, which was right across the street. We had an Instacart delivery for all of our food, which was convenient for breakfast in the condo and apres ski snacks. Highly recommend and hope to return next year! thanks for making our family vacation so special.

We had a great vacation at Eric's place! We really enjoyed our time at his place. And we used the clubhouse pool table and hot tub several times, which was a nice touch.

Ken’s place was awesome. Very convenient for access to the cannons resort. Free shuttle picks you up right at the door. Easy to reserve via the cannons connect app. The town house had plenty of room for our group of 5. Everything was great. Ken was very responsive when I had questions about the area and he recommended a car service to get to and from the airport which was way better then renting a car or an uber.

Conveniently located near the base of Park City Mountain, it was very easy getting to and from the lifts to start our day. We still opted to drive and drop off as there is a slight uphill walk coming home (and our five year old wasn't up to it), but for adults and older kids there is definitely no need for a car to get to the mountain. The home was well stocked and appointed with everything we needed, including a drawer filled with kids cups and plates which was very helpful. Note the laundry is located down stairs, and I think is shared with the unit above, but worked very nicely for us! Overall, a great place and fit our needs perfectly (family of four with two young ones and grandpa).

Jonathan is a superior host that stays in constant communication and provides helpful recommendations. Their condo was immaculate and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and bedding needs. The hot tub, gas fireplace, skee ball, and pacman game were added bonuses. we also enjoyed everything in the welcome basket, including a delicious bottle of wine. The unit was conveniently located to a short ski down to the lifts. Cautious skiers may have to walk down about 30ft before putting on their skis. Overall, I would highly recommend Jonathan's ski condo.

We would definitely stay here again. The scenery is amazing from the balcony. This was our first time in Utah and it was a great location for us to bounce around the Salt Lake City area. We were two families with kids and the community was very peaceful.

The property was great, spacious and comfortable. The location was good, within driving distance to the nearby park city ski lifts.

Amazing home. Highly recommend. The three bedrooms with the ensuite bathrooms were perfect for our family. Bedrooms hugely comfortable with lovely mattresses and linens. Bathrooms have plush towels and plenty of hot water. Kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances and living/dining area is hugely comfortable with updated furniture and design. Overall this is probably one of the best Airbnb’s we’ve stayed in and the skiing was terrific while visiting Park City. The location is accessible to all the ski resorts (plus Snowbird / Alta). A wonderful family vacation. Thank you.

G and R’s place was the perfect spot for us with 2 kiddos. It’s big and well laid out. We were able to make dinners in the well appointed kitchen - loved it and would def be back!

Loved staying at Allison’s property!! We were in town for a wedding and it was close to Main Street, the venues, airport etc! She was so responsive with any questions we had and it was exactly what was advertised online! We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to any family in town! It was perfect for our family (4 adults) and 2 kids and could easily fit more people as it’s a large house! Thank you again Allison!!

This condo in between Heber City and Park City / Deer Valley was a delight and will only get better in the future. The place is very new, nicely decorated and extremely clean. During our visit, we went skiing at Deer Valley, souvenir shopping in Park City, touring the Olympic ski jump site, dogsledding at Bear Ridge Adventures, horse drawn sleigh riding at Broken Arrow, and tubing at Woodward Park. We cooked breakfast at the condo every day and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. This place will be even better once the beautiful neighborhood is fully completed with views of the backside of Deer Valley peaks and the Jordanelle reservoir. As an added plus, Deer Valley has a lift (Jordanelle Gondola) only 5-10 minutes from the condo, as compared to a 30-40 minute drive to the main lifts of Deer Valley during rush hour. There was ongoing construction of an apartment complex that looks about halfway completed directly across from the condo.

This was our first time in SLC. So we were looking a place in great neighbourhood and with beautiful views. Sarah’s place was just great for this. Clean and easy to get to. Exactly as described in the listing. Sarah was easy to communicate with as well. In all our stay was hassle free and just as we expected it to be. Can easily recommend this to anyone visiting this area.

We had a great time at Teresa’s home. It was clean, well appointed and had everything we needed. We are planning on returning in the spring!
