Welcome to KARINS RED COTTAGE. The house is located next to road 97, between the Storklinten winter sports facility and the town of Boden, (16 km from Boden, 20 km from Storklinten). Within 3 km of the accommodation there is the opportunity to rent snowmobiles, horseback riding with Icelandic horses, a pony riding school, a gym and guided tours of our deer enclosure. As a guest at Karins R C you have access to your own beach with a jetty where you can swim and fish.

Mysigt gästboende i fristående garagebyggnad. 500 m till busshållplats som tar dig till centrala Luleå på 20 min. 1,3 km att promenera till Sunderby sjukhus och Sunderby järnvägsstation. Bastutunna finns på gården som vid vissa tillfällen kan nyttjas. Nyttjande av bastun sker mot en extra avgift. Närmaste mataffär finns i Gammelstad, cirka 5 km bort. Bussförbindelser finns.

The House is top standard, built in 2017 If you want silence and a chance to experience northern lights in winter or midnight sun during summer from the hot tub under the sky this is the place.

I have been rearranging the room since I bought the flat, the last few pictures are the present ones. I am satisfied by now. It will keep this way for a while. Perhaps I will arrange more later. Hope it will be a good surprise for guests.
