In this place you live at the top of the orchard at the farm Påldtun. Here you can enjoy a nice view of fjords and mountains. There is a short distance to the jetty. Here you can rent a boat and sauna or take a morning swim. You will experience life in the village with grazing animals and work that takes place in the season. When you stay in our orchard you are free to pick and eat the fruit that is on the farm. Short distance to Sandane city center. We accept bookings for mountain trips/fishing trips in our local area. On this former small farm you can enjoy the silence with sheep and sometimes deer close to the cottage. The new cottage is located a few minutes from the majestic sea cliff Hornelen. The area offers very good fishing opportunities and hiking in the woods and mountains. The cabin is the former farmhouse, and has its own unique style. It is equipped with everything you need, apart from the exceptional luxury. We live in the main house on the same property. Surrounded with magnificent nature, a quiet place, the sea less than 200 meters away. No mass tourism here! It’s a perfect place to stay if you plan one of the many hikes in Bremanger e.g. the Hornelen (Via Ferrata expected opening in 2023), Vedvika and many more as well as visiting beautiful beaches.

Nearest supermarked is in Naustdal, 12 km from the cabin, and local cafe/shop is 10 min away. Free WiFi in the cabin. Motorboat for rent (summer season). Self service farm shop with fresh eggs!

With one of Norway’s most breathtaking views of fjords and mountains, you’ll experience a true sense of quiet luxury and a calm, relaxing stay. While you relax in the comfortable cabin, you might be lucky enough to spot deer grazing and eagles soaring just outside the window. The surrounding area offers plenty to do, surrounded by the landscapes Western Norway is known for.
