This is my second time staying at Lahiru’s place. It was a very pleasant experience. Lahiru and his father were very warm and friendly, and had all amenities mentioned. The layout of the house is luxurious and very pleasant. The place has an attractive jogging path around the lake, and the tranquility that comes with it makes it a pleasant place to stay. If I had to describe the area in a few words, I would say “peaceful environment to live in”. I definitely hope to come back for a third time.

A Wonderful Stay at Udeni Villa – Highly Recommended! We had an absolutely amazing stay at Udeni Villa and can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and well taken care of. Udeni, the host, truly goes above and beyond for her guests. She is extremely responsible, friendly, and always attentive to any need or request. Her dedication to ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience really stood out during our stay. One of the best things about this villa is that Udeni lives right next door. This made it incredibly easy to reach out to her whenever we needed assistance or had any questions. The villa is great .. Swimming pool is good .. The communication is easy and good .. Maybe the only one thing that if you are expecting a privacy in your staying i will tell you don't .. There is a nice guy his name Lalith he is a caretaker living next to the pool .. And offering us every help we need .. He is cooking good food .. Only that Colombo is about 25 to 30 minutes by car .

Very happy about our stay here, the place is exactly how it’s described. We had the ability to enjoy peacefully and lovely Jayantha was always available if needed. Close distance to our relatives and generally a great spot to stay in - convenient and private at the same time. Would definitely book again if I came back!

Place is very clean with 24/7 security and everything is walkable even the restaurants and banks. Host is very helpful and friendly. It’s a great deal.

The flat was even better than how it was described in the description, situated in a location that is central in Colombo, having easy access to shops and some great restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and entertain guests to meals. Zulfica was very responsive, before, during and even after our stay. Was vert helpful and kind, making our stay both enjoyable and memorable. We felt safe and looked after. The hosts went well beyond our expectations, when it came to hospitality, showing an excellent example of Sri Lankan hospitality. We will stay with them again when we visit Sri Lanka. Thank you Zulfica, you are a very professional and kind host.

I had a great time at Thathsara's. I was at a personally low point during my stay there and not just Thathsara responded positively and actively to my every request, her parents stepped up to help too. Great place, great location, great people. Highly recommend.

I spent 22 days in Sudath's place, and I only have good things to say. Sudath and Achala are a wonderful couple. They are passionate artists and the most hospitable and generous folk. It was great just talking to them and visiting their gallery. It was more than just a stay, it was a great experience.

* Full privacy during the stay. can access anytime to the premises without disturbance to outsiders. * Cool and good ventilation inside the apartment. hence no AC isn't a problem to worry * parking is there outside the apartment in the main road. however it's risky. * Easy access to so many locations and services * Responsible and friendly guy Thank you

A fantabulous stay that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and quality. Will definitely be returning. The fully-equipped open kitchen is a culinary dream – every appliance and utility you could imagine was right at your fingertips The overall cleanliness and organization were simply top-notch. As a bonus, the gym access was a major plus : the equipment was well-maintained. An Absolute Gem.

Only issue if I were to knit pick, Was the bills on top Of the monies already paid. Otherwise the apartment was amazing and I would definitely go back!

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

As per the pics and Ramesha was a great host. Late check out was available which was really good. AC worked well and washing machine was fab. WiFi also fast and easy to connect to. Rooftop gym and pool also good.

Was very pleased with finding this apartment as it was in a very convenient location making it easy to go to all the places we needed. The apartment is exactly like the pictures- the ideal size for a small family. Loved how elegantly it was furnished as well, and included all the amenities we required. It’s also fairly spacious for a one bedroom apartment which made it easy to keep our toddler. Eresha is a lovely host, very responsive to all my inquiries and very understanding to our needs. The security is also also very helpful and friendly, which made checking in a smooth process. Highly recommend this place and will definitely book again!

The apartment is spacious, clean, there is linen, dishes, washing machine. The hot water is intermittent, the TV during our stay was only working the first day, but it wasn't needed, so we didn't reach out to the host. The host is always available, goes to a meeting, it was necessary to extend the stay - extension without any problems. Right next to the entrance is a great coffee shop with fast free internet. We recommend this place to stay.

The apartment has a good location, it's quiet and there are nice restaurants and cafe's nearby. The apartment itself is super clean and big. The A/C in the bedroom is perfect to keep the room in a good temperature for sleeping. Dulica is very friendly, she even bought us some water due to the upcoming easter holidays (in case the supermarkes would be closed on the holiday). We enjoyed our stay a lot!

We had a beautiful experience at this Airbnb. What an amazing apartment beautifully decorated , so modern and amazing furniture including the beds and bathrooms were wonderful. Great Stay in Colombo Had a really good stay at this place. The location is super convenient, right in the heart of Colombo with easy access to everything. The apartment itself is clean, well-furnished, and has all the essentials, including a fully equipped kitchen. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive. Tusitha is a warm friendly and gracious host. The accommodation offered was comfortable, extremely clean and spacious - certainly for two adults. The assortment of grocery items enabled us to settle into the property with ease. There is adequate parking inside the property for a vehicle. Restaurant options close by are good.
