Great place

We were picked up from the airport by a driver from Christima. A very nice man. At the Airbnb we could go straight to our room even though we were there before the check-in time. Breakfast was very tasty. When we left, we were allowed to leave the luggage to pick up later. Christima was very nice and helped us well.

Amazing place, the host was really helpful during this pandemic situation. Groceries shops are nearby, and you can order food and get it delivered via Uber.Eats which helped me a lot. Ample Parking space to even land your Spaceship, calm garden to relax and exercise, a Tuk Ride away from the Main City Center.

Perfect guest house if you're looking for accommodation in the area. And that you have cleanliness requirements... Very quiet, very clean, and very friendly welcome from Akila! Thank you for your flexibility and kindness. The rooms are cozy and fully equipped. The terrace or balcony are very pleasant for meeting. I enjoyed my stay here.

The place to stay was perfect for our last night in Sri Lanka. The airport is very easy to access and the host is very welcoming

This is a clean quiet place that is in the heart of the beach district. Not beach front but 5 minute walk away.

Wow! What a great place to land in Sri Lanka. The host Niel was above and beyond accommodating not only being available at 3 am to let me in due to late flight but also lining up cooking classes for me with a local who really knows how to cook local fare. Niel also invited me on a trip to the beach as well as a local temple amidst his busy schedule. This place is also very close to the train station and local bus lines. I will definitely stay here again when I return.. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

We spent three days at this wonderful secluded spot with a huge pool and were generally satisfied with our time there. However, I would like to clarify a few points that bothered me a bit. The advertised Wi-Fi is not available. I would not have been able to use my laptop if I did not have mobile internet. The pool is cleaned only when you ask, not on a schedule, and it does not have lighting. I would also like to warn that since the accommodation is far from cities, if you do not have a car, you should immediately arrange for a transfer as it is unlikely that you will be able to call a car through local applications. However, these are just minor things and I would like to come back here sometime!

We had the privilege of being the very first guests at this beautifully designed home, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the elegant interior, high ceilings, and the warm glow of the pendant lighting that added such a welcoming touch. The living area is spacious, stylish, and thoughtfully arranged for comfort, while the open bar and kitchen space provided a perfect setting for relaxing and enjoying our time indoors. Everything was spotless and well-prepared, reflecting great attention to detail. The hosts were incredibly gracious and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of care into creating this space. We’re glad to have been their first guests and wish them all the best as they welcome more visitors in the future.

We stayed at Kingz & Queenz for one night before our flight back home and Had a great time :) Jason is very warm-welcoming and we directly felt home and welcomed, we had tea & cookies together and a nice chat with him and the other guests! also the lovely dog duke & some cats live there! We would always come again!

What an incredible property with stunning views of the beach and ocean! This was the perfect place to unwind at the end of our tour of Sri Lanka. The staff were lovely, welcoming and attentive. The food provided was to a very high standard and always served with professional care. We stayed in the upstairs suite which was very tastefully decorated and ornamented. The infinity pool is breathtaking and the beach is directly accessible across the lawn where you can walk to watch the sun set. Alternatively the terrace is an ideal spot to watch the day come to an end. Romesh and Dhanushka were lovely and did their utmost to ensure our stay exceeded our expectations. They are fabulous hosts and we look forward to returning again in the not so distant future. If you're looking for something out of the ordinary, then this is the perfect place for you.

The building is centrally located and in a save area (also at night time). It takes only one minute by walk to Galle Road, which is a mainstreet with restaurants and shops. The room was clean and spacious with a view to the sea. The hosts were very friendly and nice! If you are looking for a clean accommodation, which is well located in a save area and cheap as well, then this is the right place to stay! :)

We had a wonderful time in a caring environment. The bungalow was lovely as was the pool. A perfect place for nature lovers. Our hosts were wonderful and made the experience very special. A charming place to relax and enjoy a beautiful getaway.

Nilu is such a friendly host. In the morning she made a delicious breakfast for us and helped us organizing our further trip.

Friendly staff, easy check in, big beds with mosquito nets and an electric mosquito swat in the room - very handy! Nice little plunge pool, close enough to beach/Main Street to walk - within 10 mins or so. Very affordable. More like a guest studio, not a stand alone apartment Only small niggle was shower pressure/temperature was temperamental

Chamira's place was very suitable for a short stay in the city. Conveniently located, easy check-in, and very comfortable bed. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Colombo

My stay with Asoka and Anoja was nothing but pleasurable. I enjoyed a warm welcome. The room was lovely and clean. Every morning I was greeted with a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast. I also took up the offer of lunch and dinner which was value for money. A great service, a warm hospitality and delicious food made my stay in Sri Lanka an enjoyable experience. I strongly recommend this place to visitors. Ray April 2018
