Villa holiday rentals in Dehiwala

I was visiting Sri Lanka and wanted to stay in Colombo for about a week. First Chathura was responsive and explain in detail about accommodation and then on the day we arrived, he was kind enough to arrange one of his team member to walk us through the property. The place was clean and had a nice architecture. We had access to uber , Uber eats and all other services. Chathura and his team was always responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended and will book again if I visit Sri Lanka in future.

We had an amazing stay here for 4 days with a group of 8. The villa is amazing and has a great vibe. Amanda was very proactive to help us with queries pre booking and after checkin as well. The rooms are spacious so are the bathrooms apart from being tidy. The pool is amazing and there is ample space to move around and have a good time. Overall our stay was amazing and we will consider booking here for our next stay. Special mention to the helper Dass who was always available for us.

Randesh and his mother Mrs Perera were very friendly and flexible. The main attraction in the house is the awesome pool on the rooftop. All the amenities including cutlery, plates, glasses were available. If you are looking for a quick getaway witin the Kotte area, this would be an ideal place.

Had a short but enjoyable stay at Thatha villa 😀 A spacious place with 4 bedrooms , bathrooms and a kitchen. The villa provides free wifi as well which is an added bonus. The rooms were air conditioned and beds, bathrooms were clean and tidy as well.

On arrival we were received with 2 welcome drinks and 2 cold towels, then she show us around the property as its very big and finished to a very high standard. The place was unbelievable nice, don't hesitate on the booking you won't regret it.

We stayed at Islands Breeze Villa for a week and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were looking for a convenient place close to the sea, grocery stores, and restaurants—and this house delivered on all fronts. Everything we needed was just a short walk away. The villa was spotless, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing. The beautiful garden added a peaceful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special shout-out to Menaka, the lovely cleaning lady who kept everything in perfect order. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hospitality of the caretaker, Tilan. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He checked in regularly, made sure we had everything we needed, and was always ready to help. We had a family gathering during our stay, and Tilan ensured everything went smoothly. Tilan, THANK YOU for your outstanding support—it truly made a difference. This is a top-notch Airbnb, and we highly recommend it. We would return for sure.

This is My Second stay with Asela The area is perfect. This is a Villa even I stayed alone and Asela make my stay safe and comfortable to his best. Good located but very quiet. The Villa is even perfect for long stays . Very comfortable bed. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much for your hospitality., I am glad that he host me in the hour of need as have missed my flight For the price the condition of the rooms and the hospitality was exceptional!!!

We had a great time staying at the villa. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The breakfast was good, generous and served flexibly whenever we were ready. The garden and the pool are really pretty. Rohan was so accommodating and amazingly helpful with organizing transport and everything else we needed. The two dogs are really cute, especially goofy Mario. All in all I can really recommend staying at the villa, especially if you want to relax with a group of friends or family.

Great place to stay as a group or family in Wadduwa, the spaces and huge with a big pool and direct beach access. The staff were extremely helpful and made us feel right at home, the food prepared for us was some of the best Sri Lankan food we ate during our stay!

We are a group of 13 pax interior designers from Malaysia to visit Sri Lanka. Benjamis’s estate - the Nisala Arana is a hidden gem that we found at Bentota area! From before booking until check out, the whole process is so smooth and I was being rest assured everything will be taking care and Benjamin’s team proved it with their action. We were welcomed with cold towels and welcome drinks, great smile from chef Shan and the team, not to mention the perfectly clean room, swimming pool and the well maintained estate with swimming pool that come with bicycles. As there aren’t a lot of restaurant options so Benjamin offered us could get their in house chef to prepare breakfast and dinner for us and that is another best decision we made! Thank you for making our stay so memorable! It is definitely one of the highlight of our trip and we have really good private time to chill and bond in the estate. If you are in the Bentota, do book this estate!

Gorgeous villa with an amazing view of the lake and lots of space for four couples. The housekeeper, Dileep, was so proactive and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed and offering drinks. We had an amazing barbecue on the last night and the food they cooked for us was always incredible, some of the best we had in Sri Lanka! The downstairs is open to the outdoors so expect some wildlife (geckos and mosquitos) - overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay with comfortable rooms and a pool with a perfect temperature!

Totally recommend this Villa. The host, Jagath, is so accommodating and kind. Really nice rooms and plenty of space. Pool is great too!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet neighborhood but still close to great restaurants and public transportation. The host was very hospitable and responsive, providing helpful recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The pool was very nice and clean. The caretakers are very friendly and helpful. This place is feels remote and closed off which is great for relaxing within the premise the villa although the neighbourhood isn’t all that great for tourists unless if they are local. The beds and furniture were all clean and spotless. The sheets are clean. The AC works well. Overall it was good place.

Best villa in Bolgoda area! Thank you for the fantastic service provided during our stay. The villa is a masterpiece of elegance, boasting spacious rooms, modern amenities, and exquisite decor. We were unable to find the location when we got there but Anill(Care Taker) was really helpful he literally came to where we were and guided us. Sri Lankan Breakfast was brilliant. Villa has a magnificent view and just views the serene water beneath the lovely sunset. The Villa was amazing. Hope to come back soon. Thanks Ayesha for consistently checking on us! ❤️🤩

Laura and her team were amazing. They were always at hand when we needed to speak to someone, they were super flexible and they gave us clear instructions on how to find things, where to do stuff etc. They were very flexible with our arrival time and when we were there, they showed us local restaurants and other facilities. We were a big group of friends from different nationalities, getting ready for a wedding and they were just happy for us and enjoyed the time with us. whenever there was a language issue as English wasn't everyone's first language, it was quickly overcome. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Me and my friends had an amazing time staying at this villa! The house had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing getaway. We spent hours playing the PS4 on the big TV, swimming in the gorgeous pool, and unwinding in the luxurious bathtubs. The facilities were fantastic and up to the highest standards. The villa was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a perfect home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a memorable vacation spot!
