I had a wonderful stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was friendly and always responded quickly, making check-in and check-out super easy. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Gail’s place was perfect for my week-long intensive class at Emory—close, convenient, clean, had everything I needed. She was a fabulous host, offering clear instructions for check in and out and even some suggestions on places to eat. The bedding and accommodations were comfortable. Great mini-kitchen. I hope to stay again!

We had a great time in our short stay in Gregory’s guest home. The home was very clean and cozy. It is the small details that show how much our host wanted us to feel welcome and comfortable. As a group of three girls we felt very safe in this neighborhood. Our host was only a call away or a few feet away. We appreciate the snacks, tea, coffee and filtered water. We especially loved the eggs. The were amazing!!!! The bed was firm and very comfortable. With plenty of blankets to stay warm. I would love to stay here again when back in town.

The home is exactly as listed. Very cute and cozy. Quincy was great at communicating and did not hesitate to answer any of my questions. I definitely recommend and would book again!

Sean made things easy — clear communication from initial booking. It was clean, quiet, and perfectly located. I could walk most anywhere I wanted to go. It was a nice atmosphere and would definitely stay there again.

This is by far the most gorgeous Airbnb I have ever stayed at. David and Janet are gracious and thoughtful hosts and it’s clear that every detail was curated for the magical experience we had. David met us in the driveway and told us about their animals before giving us a tour of the gorgeous and clean guesthouse. We loved feeding the goats and cooling off in the pool. David even provided a raft for our baby to enjoy as well! The photos truly do not do this property justice - it is a true oasis. Thank you for your hospitality, we hope to be back soon!

Dawn’s place was perfect - quiet, quaint, clean and in a prime Decatur location. No notes! We could not have asked for a better stay, Dawn was lovely and communicative!

Fantastic, secluded and private spot in a great neighborhood. Loved the chickens roaming in the backyard. Walkable to Virginia Highlands main section of restaurants and bars. Happened to be there for Porchfest which was a lot of fun. Hosts were very responsive and attentive. Would stay again.

I cannot say enough great things about this place. It was very clean, the hosts texted to make sure we had everything we needed, and the price was amazing. I just hope the next time we are in Atlanta it is in the cooler months so we can enjoy the fire pit because this is definately the place we are going to stay. This is one of the best airbnbs I've stayed in! Spotlessly clean and new, quiet and private, yet very walkable to many coffeeshops, restaurants, train, even a dry cleaner and small grocery market or a few minutes drive everywhere else. I previously lived in Atlanta/Decatur and Rebecca's place is in one of the best locations if you prefer not to stay in the middle of busy areas but still want easy access. I'm already planning a return stay!

Cute, clean studio and pet friendly. We appreciated the enclosed yard for our small dog. Being older and disabled, the two bar stools were not the best for us but I'm sure younger folks wouldn't mind them.

This is our second time staying at this airbnb. Our second stay was just as good as the first over a year later. The location is super convenient for exploring Atlanta. Parking is very easy. The space is quiet, clean, and private.

Mimi and Alex were fantastic hosts—you can really see the care and effort they put into creating a welcoming Airbnb. I loved how conveniently located it was, with amazing restaurants nearby and downtown just minutes away. Every detail felt intentional and added to the overall experience. Truly a wonderful stay!

I’ve loved my stay here. The Airbnb is very well appointed and I feel safe. The location is convenient to downtown Decatur and Avondale Estates. The setting is peaceful - green and quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Misha is a wonderful host, very kind and responsive.

The Cottage was a wonderful place to stay. Cozy and peaceful but within close proximity to plenty of restaurants and things to do. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay for a quick trip while traveling. Neighborhood felt very safe and the instructions to find the accommodation and check in were very clear. Huge bonus that the host will provide aquarium access using their seasonal pass which helped us save a good amount of money and skip the line. Kind host, and overall great stay.

Racquelle went out of her way to be accommodating from well before my arrival. I loved the tree-house vibe of this space, overlooking a serene backyard. The interior was sweet and clean as the photos suggest. All together, it made for a lovely private oasis within the city. A car would be convenient, but I made do without.

Rick was an incredibly attentive host who made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. He even went above and beyond by providing complimentary snacks like cookies and coffee, which was such a thoughtful touch. The hot tub was absolutely amazing — set to the perfect warm and cozy temperature, making it a highlight of our stay. All the instructions and directions were clear and easy to follow, making everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend staying here!

Khalil is the best! His place is very nice, and he is extremely attentive. I was impressed by the closet space! I would go back just to hang out with Khalil for an afternoon.
