It’s a peaceful, private space with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a big refrigerator, a queen-size bed, a 45” smart TV, a private entrance, an outdoor deck that leads to the backyard, and parking right next to the unit. We’re just a 30-minute drive to downtown Atlanta, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the GA Aquarium, and 15 minutes to Gas South Arena.

The apartment sits above our primary residence but has private parking and a quiet, private entrance. Guests describe our Beautyrest King Size Bed with Frette Linens as super comfortable. Easy access to the World Cup. Located in the historic Agnes Scott College neighborhood , the house is conveniently located between S Candler and S McDonough which leads into Decatur. Inviting front porch is shared between main house and suite. Lots of conveniences available, fast Wifi (20 MBPS). Comfortable King Bed with a dresser, closets, W/D and a wall mounted desk. Light filled bathroom has a large shower. The sitting room has a fold out sofa best suited for 1 adult or 2 children.

This unit is one of two in a beautiful 1930's southern home in the Edgewood neighborhood of Atlanta, offering a charming, rocking chair front porch as well as a large, covered back porch area. Parking is off-street at the back of the house. We welcome furry guests! Just be sure to include them in your reservation when booking as a pet fee will apply. Check-in is easy, and this unit is personally managed by owner, Mary Beth, who is nearby to make sure your stay is absolutely perfect.
