Our studio is a new, bright, clean, and distinctive space in the treetops that is separate from our main house to ensure privacy. We are 4.5 miles away from downtown and 6 miles from airport. We are next to the Colorado river in a well kept neighborhood with a hike and bike trail by the river and the beautiful 7 mile Walnut Creek Trail that's paved. Escape to this private studio, detached from our main home. The Lady Bird Lake hike & bike trail is right outside, where you can use our bikes, paddleboards, and kayaks. Open the blackout cellular shades to feel suspended among the trees & see Monk parakeets, and many other birds. This studio makes excellent use of the space above our 2-car garage with an elegant bathroom, organic mattress, & butcher block countertops. 2G Google Fiber wifi It's tight for 3 or 4 people.
