Holiday rentals with breakfast in Delaware River

What a great place to stay! Very comfortable for family with teenagers. Very walkable and lots of great restaurants nearby. It was very quiet considering how centrally located it is. The house was very well stocked and we appreciated all the treats they left for us. Richard was very flexible and accommodating. We had a car and parking was actually very easy. We found a spot nearby every time we parked. But really you don’t need a car- we walked almost everywhere. This was the best Airbnb we have stayed at yet!

Erin’s place was absolutely lovely! We really enjoyed the location - so peaceful and conveniently close to Art Omi. The cabin was beautifully maintained, and we especially loved the interior design, which felt both stylish and cozy. We stayed for two nights but honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend!

KinderHawk Schoolhouse was absolutely perfect. My husband and I were looking for a peaceful place to unwind from our busy lives. This place delivered. The schoolhouse itself is quaint and charming. It has everything and more. The welcome basket was very appreciated. The surroundings are beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the farm animals at the farm across the street and bird watching. We enjoyed the outside fire pit and also the indoor fireplace on the cool evenings. We hiked Hawk mountain which is 2 miles up the road. It has spectacular views. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. I wish we stayed longer. I can’t say enough good things about it.

We liked how easy it was to punch the code in to get into the home. Once in the home, it was really nice to see the welcome placard. We enjoyed access to robes, skincare, slippers, towels, etc. The game room was loads of fun. The indoor and outdoor ping pong tables were fun. We enjoyed billiards, arcade games and table games. The icing on the cake were the hot tub, the four mode shower and bidet. The Smart Home technology took a little getting used to, but it was very convenient once we did. We love the quick response time whenever we had a question or concern. This place allowed for a rejuvenating relaxing atmosphere and we are so glad that we chose “The Good Vibes” home for our debut AirBNB experience. Thanks again for hosting us in your charming abode!

This townhouse was immaculate and we felt right at home immediately. From the dog bowls & treats to the snacks & groceries already provided, it made our stay really smooth!

The place was wonderful. It was wonderful timely responsive My Children enjoyed themselves. My wife didn’t complain and she loves to complain so she didn’t have one complaint which made everything absolutely perfect and I would definitely book there again in the next time I visit Maryland. It was wonderful experience.

This is the perfect spot to stay and has everything you need to feel right at home. The beds are comfortable, linens are plush, kitchen is stocked. Dena spoiled us with the most delicious treats upon arrival and was so communicative, friendly, and helpful!

Our stay this past weekend was absolutely PERFECT! Loris home is GORGEOUS to say the least. The views are amazing, the peacefulness of the area. And she has everything you could need! I cant believe how wonderfully stocked this place is/was. My family is beyond grateful for the opportunity to have stayed in such an amazing home for our little getaway. My little boy had so much fun here as well ! There were children’s books and more than enough toys. We cant wait to plan another trip to this home !!

I enjoyed my stay here. Lisa was very nice and very responsive if you ever needed anything. Everything looked the same as in the pictures, very cozy place to stay.

Wonderful experience, I really can't say one negative thing. Beautiful farm located in Amish country. My wife and I loved petting the calves, dogs and kittens. Wilma had cookies, bread, milk and eggs for us. Can't wait to go back!

Susan was amazing! She is very responsive to all my questions and helpful. The place was absolutely perfect, just like the pictures. Easy to find and a smooth check-in and out. If traveling through we would definitely stay again.

Anne’s place was great for my week long stay in Baltimore. It was about 17 minutes from JHU, less than 15 minutes from the Harbor and National Aquarium, close to Baltimore local favorites, and directly across from a park. Anne was responsive to all my concerns and needs. The apartment was clean and had an abundance of extra towels and sheets for our use. The only comment I have is about the TV and Wifi which were both slow and lagged when doing work. Everything else was perfect and I would definitely stay there again.

The Modena House was perfect for our trip. We wished we had the chance to enjoy the outdoor aspect a little more, however time and weather didn’t cooperate with us. The place is adorable, a great kitchen, nicely decorated sitting room, bathroom and bedroom made for a lovely stay. The hosts are top notch! We hope to stay again in the future if we are in the area. We were looking for a last minute family trip to Lancaster for a train ride and to visit an Amish farm. We were traveling with our 4 children under 5 and Dorothy was extremely accommodating. She offered us fresh milk from their cows and kept it raw by special request due to some of our kids lactose intolerance from pasteurized milk. The fresh bread and jam, eggs from their hens which we could see outside our kitchen window, made the homestead life seem so simple lovely and enjoyable (I’m sure it takes a lot of hard work to keep up with - they do a phenomenal job and I was so grateful to share a small moment of that). They provided a crib and an extra mattress on the floor for our kids. The space was cozy, very clean and we felt right at home. It rained for a little while we were there and Dorothy had legos and books available which the kids enjoyed. When it wasn’t raining we were able to walk their beautiful property. The kids really enjoyed the tree swing, playground and trampoline.

It is the second time we stayed at Michelle’s place and it is one of the most favorite locations for us. Caught bunch of perch and bluegill at the lake and enjoyed our tea watching the sunset. Michelle is a great host.

My partner and I had a wonderful day at Cole’s place. The place is beautiful and has a lot of interesting things to look at, the bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is very clean and spacey. We really enjoyed the gorgeous house and gardens as well as the company.

Aden and Wilma are perfect hosts and their home is beautiful. The room is spacious and comfortable and the furniture is so beautiful it’s hard to believe you are staying in someone’s home and not a country inn. Amazing views in every direction.

We had another amazing stay at Sara’s place and already know we’ll be making this an annual tradition. The space is warm, spotless, and incredibly comfortable — it’s the kind of place that instantly puts you at ease. We loved starting our mornings with coffee, homemade treats, and those gorgeous dining room views. The swing set is such a fun touch, and the ever-expanding family of goats continue to be a favorite part of our stay. Everything about this visit was just as special as we remembered. Already looking forward to next year!

I can’t even begin to say how AMAZING Heidi’s bed and breakfast was. I’ve stayed in many air bnb’s before, but hers was truly my favorite. The pictures really don’t do this property justice at all. From moment you walk through the door, you feel right at home. Everything was so clean and well put together. She has clear instructions for using everything in her property. The room itself was beautiful, and the views around were even more prettier. Everything about this place was just perfect and I honestly can’t wait to come again. Her breakfast in the morning was so yummy, my 9month old son enjoyed it very much! Especially the pastry she makes, omg! So fricken good! I literally could write a book about how amazing Heidi’s place is, but you just have to book to see for yourself. She really is so sweet and we had a great time chatting with her. She has a bunch of pamphlets for local eateries, so we went to bluebird inn which was so good as well! Cannot wait to come back again!

We loved our stay at James and Dorothea’s place! Their bed & breakfast is gorgeous inside and out! The hosts made us feel right at home in luxurious accommodations, a hard balance to achieve, and did so expertly. Breakfast was more than enough and delicious every day, and Dorothea took extra care to accommodate my delicate gut with the fruits I can eat and gluten-free bread, tortillas and waffles. I loved walking my dog and seeing the horses every morning. This was a fantastic, romantic get away for my husband and me, well-priced, and the first Air B&B I feel I will definitely return to. Thank you, thank you for opening your home to visitors. We loved it!

What a great host! They made us feel right at home and rolled out the red carpet for us. Great conversation and great privacy when needed. Good decision to stay with Renate and Bob. Will definitely stop in the next time we are in the area.

Rays air bnb was beyond immaculate!!! I was able to relax and enjoy a wonderful stay in the real countryside of Lancaster!!!! I would recommend one million times over!!!!
