Bungalow holiday rentals in Delaware River

We had a wonderful weekend at this apartment. It offers everything you could need on site. The oven operates very well. Sheets and towels are supplied. Although the beach isn't large, it's quite enjoyable to sit there in the morning to observe the kite surfers or in the evening to admire the stars. Highlands is a lovely little village with scenic walks at Sandy Hook or Hartshorne Woods Park. It was easy to get in touch with Rob, who consistently responded quickly to our messages. We look forward to coming back!

This was a great space and perfect location for our family to enjoy a long weekend. The house was very clean and just like the pictures/description. Brandon is responsive and considerate host. Our stay was comfortable from start to finish.

Perfect place for a long weekend in Beach Haven! Everything in the house was spotlessly clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed having the outdoor patio space for dining or to unwind after an afternoon at the beach with our family. Maureen was a wonderful host - very responsive and helpful and we got to enjoy all the perks of being a few minutes from Bay Village and Fantasy Island. Had a great time!

We stayed in Monmouth for the weekend, rosemary and Kevin’s cottage was comfy and close to everything! Definitely a spot for a couple or individual. Would stay again!

This little beach cottage was perfect for us! Steps from the beach, and walking distance from a ton of great restaurants & shops. Stephanie was super communicative and the house was spotless. Nicely updated and perfectly beachy. We would definitely stay here again!

I love Virene's adorable bungalow. It is a short walk to the beach, close to so many activities, and restaurants. It feels like coming home when I open the door. The deck is a great place to listen to the waves crash in the evening, yes you can hear the water from the deck. Her flowers are lively, and like water! I can't imagine going anywhere else down the shore. See you next year!

I have stayed at this beautiful home before. The home is beautifully decorated. The linens are high quality. The beds are super comfortable. The hot tub is immaculate! The house is squeaky clean. The house is close to Woodstock. There are local trails within walking distance of the house, which is a nice bonus. I definitely hope to stay here again!

We had an amazing winter break at this cozy mountain retreat! The house is warm and inviting, surrounded by beautiful snow-covered scenery. The kitchen was fantastic—we did a lot of cooking, but the highlight was definitely the open brick oven, where we had a blast making pizzas. The location was perfect for a ski trip, just a short drive to Belleayre Mountain, making our days on the slopes super convenient. We’re already looking forward to coming back in the warmer months to enjoy the gorgeous backyard. The host was wonderful—helpful, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway in any season!

I’m not easily impressed, but I would definitely stay here again! The unit was spotless and incredibly cozy — truly exceeded my expectations. Even with a rainy weekend, we were perfectly comfortable and had the best time. Thank you for such a wonderful and welcoming stay!

This is my second stay at the River Bungalow with my 2 Dobermans. It is a unique property in a lovely, private wooded area. Kristi is an incredibly responsive host. I will be back.

This place was very nice in the inside! Made you feel like I was at a family members house. The yard was very large and they had a gated driveway which was nice if you have a larger vehicle. The bedrooms were just larger enough. The A/C was very cold and TV was easy to use. Beach was only about a 10min drive and plenty of restraints and stores to shop 5-10min away as well.

This place is very nice. It’s peaceful and the surroundings and beautiful. Pam is very helpful with direction to local places. This house is the best, we couldn’t have asked for anything else. Had everything we needed and this place is spotless. We will definitely use this place again! Thank you Pam for everything!

This is our fifth trip back to Victoria's cabin, and my family loves it every year. The house is cozy and charming, and its grounds are rustic and beautiful. And you can't be the location: a short drive to town, swimming holes, hikes. It's always a lovely time away.
