A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

We zijn de B&B, vernoemd naar onze eerste zoon, begonnen om iedereen te laten genieten van deze prachtige stad, zoals wij dat elke dag doen! Er zijn talloze cafés en restaurants, veel culturele ontdekkingen en bovenal een fantastische historische sfeer. De accommodatie heeft een eigen ingang en beschikt over een privé badkamer met douche en toilet. Er is geen ontbijt inbegrepen.

You can park for free in the street and is within 1 minute walking distance of the supermarket Lidl where you can get delicious sandwiches/groceries. The center of Pijnacker is a 15-minute walk away. Here is the metro Line E, to The Hague, Rotterdam and the bus to Delft, Zoetermeer.

It is within walking distance of the beach, is tastefully decorated, has its own entrance, can accommodate 2 people (no babies) and has its own terrace on the water. In the area you can enjoy hiking, cycling and (kite)surfing. The guesthouse has underfloor heating, so you can also stay here in winter. There is a private parking space and the location can also be reached easily by public transportation.

Beautiful apartment on the third floor (attic floor) of a monumental canal house in the city center of Delft, quietly located opposite the canal boats. The central station is a five-minute walk away, shops and delicious restaurants are a stone's throw away. The attic floor is complete and tastefully luxuriously furnished, a kitchen, shower, toilet. The picturesque canal house does not have an elevator, unfortunately not wheelchair accessible.

Small supermarket at 200 meters. Free car parking 15 minutes walk distance. A great place to stay for work or pleasure!
