We are incredibly satisfied both with the apartment and the communication with Isabelle. The location is perfect and the apartment contains all the amenities you need. The view is amazing and you can enjoy the afternoon sun on the large balcony. There is ski storage in the basement but the distance to the cable car can feel a little too far, especially on the way home as you have to walk up a fairly steep 150-step path and staircase. It is possible to rent ski and ski boot storage in one of the sports shops that are directly adjacent to the cable car. Restaurants, cafes and bars are within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment. For those who like quiet bar hangout after today's skiing, we recommend Bar Tabac St Paul. The nearest grocery store is Le Petit Casino, around 5 - 10 min walk from the apartment. Our favorite restaurant in the ski area is Chalet du Radaz in the Cote 2000 system where the pistes Pre Rosset (Blue) and Stade Descente (Black) meet. Glamorous and most expensive is Supermegeve in Rochebrune.

What a perfect home to enjoy Megeve and all it has to offer! We were a 7 minute walk from ski rentals and gondola which made it very easy to walk with the kids everyday for their ski lessons. We could also walk to everything in town! Just one warning it’s a steep climb back to the apt but all worth it! Our family of 4 was very comfortable and Ludovic was very responsive and helpful with all my questions ◡̈

Very nice apartment, very well redone with beautiful quality materials. Everything was clean and as advertised. The host was very available and concerned about our well-being. Just checkout at 10am on Sundays was a little early but otherwise very nice stay. Thanks to Olivier!

Nice apartment (clean and modern inside) with a lake view. I can imagine the fireplace must be nice if going in the winter / after skiing. And the terrace would be very nice in the summer as it’s large and has a nice view. As I happened to be there during off season (early May) and it was raining, I was especially happy to be able to use the sauna just 1 floor below the apt. If you use it, make sure to bring 3-4 one-franc coins (can get some at the store a few houses down on the Main Street), and give it about 40 min on switch option B. Was great for some down time in the mountains!

If I could give 10 stars I would! The Lemon Pit was amazing. The design is so cool and efficient. The hot tub was a huge hit, he even provided crocs to wear to the hot tub. Will was very responsive and provided a guidebook for the home and area right upon booking so I had time to review before arrival. He was flexible with check in and check out. The area was quiet and the view was spectacular. The walk into town is steep, but definitely manageable. We rented bikes and took advantage of the great bike lanes. A lot of fun. I have stayed in dozens of airbnbs and this one ranks at the top. Really great house.

Such a cozy welcoming home! Each day it brought us so much joy to see the amazing views and sun light provided by the big windows 🤩 Very convenient location for skiing. We are looking forward to going back next year ❤️

Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel at home. The little house is very comfortable with everything you need to have a good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

we spent the weekend of the ascent under the sun facing Mont Blanc , the chalet is in a very quiet area with splendid views. It is very functional with a typical Savoyard decor. Thanks to Theo for the quality brought to this place. We'd love to come back.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

A great flat - lovely high ceilings and wooden atmosphere

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

spacious and very bright apartment. We were able to have breakfast on the terrace and enjoy the very good exposure. For a stay at the end of May, the residence was very quiet, a really peaceful place, really great landscaping! We were also able to enjoy the pool and spa after our beautiful hikes.

It was a lovely chalet with beautiful views of Mont Blanc. The accomodation was beautiful and well equipped with all the things needed for the families on a holiday! Beautifully decorated! The swimming pool and hot tub were very useful and family friendly. There was also a kids play area in the campus! Would love to visit again
