The sofa can be used as a double bed, but the most pleasant stay is with 5 people + 1 baby. Plenty to do for young and old!

Our cottage is pre-war, but completely refurbished into a modern, warm and cozy Bed & Breakfast. Where the toilet used to be outside in the garden and the bedstead in the middle of the living room, nowadays you no longer have to leave the cottage for shower and toilet. Inside, it is cozy due to the warm decoration and the atmospheric wood pellet stove. In the evening, after a day of golfing, sauna or hiking, it is wonderful to relax by the fireplace while enjoying a drink. Good WiFi also for working.

The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. From the window of the upper floor of the renovated barn, which is located next to our farm, you have a view of the Cabauwse mill, and if you are lucky the stork will be brooding across the street. Aan de Kaai is in (Cabauw/Lopik), on the border of the provinces of Utrecht and Zuid Holland. In the middle of the Groene Hart of the Utrecht Waarden and the Krimpenerwaard.
