Holiday rentals with beach access in Denneville

We had a great week at the property. The accommodation is at the foot of the dunes, in a few steps we are on the beach. The accommodation is also a few meters from the center, with a bakery, grocery store, and a few restaurants. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing!!

We had a great stay in the apartment offered by Emmanuel and Marie. The check-in instructions are clear and the key box makes it easy to access the rental quickly. Emmanuel and Marie are very friendly, attentive and their presence at the delicatessen, located on the ground floor, allows a very appreciable direct contact. The apartment is well located, functional, well equipped, very clean and tastefully decorated, and is conducive to a relaxing vacation. You can easily park your vehicle in the two nearby parking lots. Port, beach, shops are within walking distance. The Cotentin charms us every time we visit and we will be happy to come back.

We had a very good stay at Virginie's, the beach 50m walk is a real asset and offers a very nice view. The apartment is very well-equipped.

We went as a family of four adults. Jocelyne’s place was as described and much more. She is responsive and clear with communication.The 180 degree views were the highlight of our stay. The whole flat is immaculate. It had everything to give you a relaxing home away from home. We explored the walks and beach nearby and we got great recommendations for food in Granville. Le mont St michel is about 40min drive and worth going to. I would highly recommend a stay.

We had such a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Gouville. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely sun-drenched balcony. We watched the sunset both nights, either on the balcony or down at the beach. Easy drive to Mont St Michel as well. We were sad to leave!! NB towels and toiletries not provided - not a problem, but worth nothing for those travelling from overseas.

This is the second time we have booked this accommodation and we will definitely come back! An incredible little studio that gives the feeling of being suspended above the sea. An irreproachable calm, 12 minutes walk from the center of Granville with charming shops. The accommodation is extremely clean and well equipped for a comfortable and rejuvenating stay for two. We had a great stay in this house that was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. It's a rental that we recommend without hesitation, and that we will gladly rent again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for everything!

It is a very well-equipped cottage where every detail of the decoration is thought out with taste and refinement. Its lush, private garden, shielded from view, completes this charming decor, where you are guaranteed to have a wonderful stay. Accommodation in accordance with the description, close to several starting points for hiking or cycling. Close to Carteret Beach and close to Hatainville Beach. We had a great time with our kids. Communication with Grégoire & Amina before/during and after the stay was smooth.

Phillips and Annick's accommodation was a dream in a dream location. If we hadn't had other travel plans, we would have liked to have stayed longer. The house was so sparkling clean, we've never experienced that before. We were spoiled by the fantastic landscape and the view of the sea.

A highlight is the nearby , kilometer-long beach for hiking or chilling. Relaxation is guaranteed in the quiet surroundings. Contact with the landlords also worked optimally. We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage is lovely and very cozy, with great attention to detail and very clean. We felt right at home and did not want to leave! The view of the Dunes of Hatainville is superb, easily accessible on foot from the Hamlet. I recommend it! The Hamlet is very quiet and peaceful, and the house is warm!

Very pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with nice decor. Everything is connected, even the dishes. Nice and clean apartment. The French door with a sliding door to access the terrace without overlooking the wind shelter is a plus. Heloise is a very nice host and available to answer questions.

Beautiful apartment, very well located, facing a small beach and a few minutes from the city center on foot. Highly responsive and welcoming host. The only small "drawback" would be the absence of Wi-Fi, as it does not pick up the 5G network at all.
