We had a great stay - the weather was uncooperative, but having such a beautiful house really helped. The pool and hot tub were great, as was the built-in grill. There was plenty of space for everyone and having 4 bathrooms was great when everyone was getting ready.

Alena's place had everything we needed for a lovely week on the Cape. Great pool and location between Mayflower and Dennis Village. My daughter loved the home's bright airy playroom and it kept us sane and entertained on a couple of rainy days. Would definitely visit again!

Great house, plenty of areas for everyone to have their own space. college boys loved the games in he house when it was chilly, and also enjoyed outdoors, while parents had plenty of space and peace and quiet when needed. Dinner and watching sports on TV together was also easy, as space is really great. Lucia is as solid of a communicator as any host we've had, she was terrific and helpful. Of course, the Cape and Chatham is a terrific area to visit. Would definitely rent this house again and anything Lucia has.

Walt's place was the perfect spot for a weekend bachelorette getaway. The place was stocked with all the basic necessities and the outdoor area + pool was top notch. Walt was super accommodating and communicative. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a quiet peaceful place to stay on the Cape!

Resort vibes with a chef's kitchen and stunning views! ***** Our stay at Larry's house was fantastic! The kitchen was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed cooking and gathering there. The real highlight was the outdoor space. The view was breathtaking! The pool and hot tub made it feel like we were staying in a private resort. Michael was helpful and responsive, making everything easy from check in to check out. We would love to come back.

This house was spectacular. More amenities than I would have ever thought of. Gorgeous interior and exterior. The surrounding neighborhood is in need of regentrification but it’s extremely safe and quiet. Once in the home., it’s an oasis. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in (sample size about 10) Tony is extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect home for my daughter’s bridal party to get ready in and shoot pre wedding photos in. Also amazingly comfortable for my large family to stay in for the long weekend.

This was a great space for a weekend bachelorette retreat with friends. Comfortably slept 8 of us and plenty of room around the house to relax. The 3 bathrooms were perfect for our group of girls when getting ready. Short drive to many Cape Cod attractions, including 20 minutes to Chatham and a little over an hour to Provincetown. Would recommend!

Very responsive when any issue arose, all of which were minor. Sitting on deck out back and watching the wildlife was peaceful and wonderful. Living area and bedroom, including the beds, were all very comfortable.

We had a lovely stay! The house was very clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. It had everything we could possibly need during our winter getaway. The host sent clear and helpful instructions and we had no trouble getting into the house or finding the things we needed.

Nice place. Enjoyed the roomy kitchen where we could all eat together and also have space for the dogs. Highly recommended!

We loved this cute cottage!! It was beautifully refurbished, all brand new. Bed linens and towels were luxurious and a gorgeous kitchen with everything you could need. It had lots of extras including beach towels and chairs. The house was very peaceful and private in-spite of its unique location. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this beautiful Cape Cod cottage!

The cottage is beautiful, extremely comfortable and well equipped. The surroundings are peaceful and the location is conveniently at walking distance from the beach. We loved our stay there and spent an amazing week.

Ed and Maritza’s place was in a great location, had wonderful amenities, and was walking/biking distance to great places - including a beach. It was easy to relax as everything was clean and beautifully decorated. The cottage was perfect for our girl’s trip.

Casey is much more than a considerate host, she really cares for her guests and has been more than helpful to us. We had kind of an emergency, the very last day and without her help would not have made it to our flight. She even helped us find a friend of her who returned our car back to the company where we rent it. The house is very well situated, only a few minutes from the sea. Staying with Casey is a good choice.

This is a true hidden gem. A stones throw from one of the best raw bars in Yarmouth (or Cape Cod for that matter), literally steps (like 5 steps right out the slider) from the beach, stunning views and sunsets. Very clean and cozy cottage, and our host was excellent. The value was also incredible. Very central in Cape Cod, meaning anything you want to do besides Provincetown is 30 mins or less in any direction. Yarmouth had a charm of its own, especially for a family with young children. Lots of kids activities within 5 minutes. A+++

Melissa’s home was beautiful, very clean and felt like home the moment my husband and I arrived. The neighborhood is peaceful, walkable and easy to navigate, with restaurants, shopping, etc. close by. Melissa had plenty of amenities so that you could dine in with plenty of seating inside and out. When interacting with Melissa she was quick to get back to us, was friendly and courteous. We plan on spending time in this lovely home in the future. Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, I’m aware we went off season so it was extra peaceful which was nice. This bnb is conveniently located as far as exploring Cape Cod and is within a walkable distance to two beaches (around .7 -.9 miles) and restaurants. The listing was as described and there was efficient communication and they give you an E Book prior to your stay to learn all about accommodations of the home and recommendations of things to do. I’m sure during the summer it’s a little more fun as a lot was closed for the season. Loved the back patio, fire pit and outdoor shower!

This was a great place to stay. The house was just the right size for our family of 4 (two young kids). The fenced in yard with shade structure and yard games were great. We spent a lot of time playing outside. We initially got the place because of the proximity to the beach, and it is a nice short walk to the beach, but ultimately this beach wasn’t quite the right fit for our kids (ages 3 and 1) so we ended up going to a beach on the north side of the Cape instead, which was a better fit. We were really grateful for the chairs and beach toys, which we used when we went to the beach. The beach umbrella wasn’t in great shape, and with a little breeze it wasn’t usable. Also there were a couple shelves in the house that were either broken (medicine cabinet in bathroom) or missing a pin and so unusable (in the kitchen) but these were minor issues and didn’t affect the quality of our stay. All in all, we had a good time!

Hanna was an amazing host! Her place was gorgeous, clean, well-maintained, up-to-date, etc. She basically thought of everything, even a cheese grater which we needed when cooking fettuccine alfredo! The AC units in each room were perfect and kept the whole house at the perfect temp. Hanna responded quickly to all our questions through the app and was very friendly. 100% recommend her place and would definitely stay here again! (:

Jane’s lovely home was the perfect stay for me and my girlfriend! It was exactly as described, a beautiful antique classic home. The yard was super peaceful to sit and relax in, and was delightfully landscape. Not an issue at all, but if you are a taller person you do have to watch your head in the doors. The location is what really stood out to us. It is almost perfectly in the middle of the cape (and in a more quiet area). This allowed us to go anywhere we wanted super easily. Because of this we had a perfect week and explored much of what the cape had to offer. It is also very close (3-5 minute drive) to the beach which is perfect for sunsets. All in all we couldn’t have asked for a better week, and this house/location was a big part of that! We highly recommend a stay here, and will hopefully be back in the future!

Bruce & Rina were incredible hosts. Super responsive and welcoming. If you’re not familiar with the bayside of the Cape, you can’t beat the sunsets and the warmer calmer water—and this private beach was amazing. We were swimming in October! House has everything you need and a great shared yard for lawn games. Great neighborhoods to walk the dog. Great place to vacation with other families with the 4 cottages on the property!

Our family including 2 kids stayed at Annie’s place. Airbnb’s can be a hit or miss but this place was perfect — the place was spotless, extremely clean, fresh sheets, and recently renovated / updated appliances etc. this was the most important thing for us and we couldn’t be more pleased. Good coffee machine with stocked coffee powders too! It is conveniently located — about 15 mins from the north side beaches and worked great for us. Highly recommended!
