Great place to stay for two families with three kids eight and under. Nice set up, four bedrooms, tvs, games, and activities. Clean and fun place to stay.

Midori's place was perfect for us - quiet neighborhood, clean, and spacious. The privacy lock on the front door was a bit tricky - you need to have a coin handy to turn it, which we would not have had but Midori told us to bring one. Great place for a nice trip to Cape Cod!

Fantastic little gem in Dennis for a peaceful East Coast vacation! Comfortable beds, walkable community roads to check out wildlife and the water, and excellent launch pad to explore the Cape! Enjoyed the stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hyannis! Elle was an exceptional host—communication was clear, prompt, and friendly from start to finish. The house itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, offering everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We love to visit the cape every year or two, and this might have become our favorite place to stay while visiting. We have two dogs that are noise sensitive and this was perfect. In a quiet location, large fenced backyard. The home was beautiful and we really have no complaints. We hope to come back soon, thank you for having us.

This was an amazing place to stay in Cape Cod! We could walk to the beach, and they had chairs and sand toys as well as a wagon and beach towels which made the experience even better! It was a well stocked house and we were able to settle in quickly and comfortably. Natasha was great at communicating with us, even reaching out to offer early check in before we could even ask! Highly recommend

I stayed at Michelle’s place at the end of August with my husband and daughter and my parents and sister. Everything was exactly as described on the listing plus she has a multi-page laminated guide to the house with lots of helpful information and great recommendations for restaurants and activities. It was amazing to be right on the pond. Morning coffee on the deck was so peaceful. Kayaking on the pond was awesome! The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and equipped with everything we needed. We all slept comfortably and it was so nice to be able to eat together around the dining table and sit together comfortably in the living room - with the bonus of a separate space to veg in front of the tv. We had a great stay!

We had an awesome stay at Lydia’s! The house was charming and historic and Lydia has it perfectly clean and comfortable with modern amenities. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and anything you may need is available. The location is perfect for walking to cute shops and restaurants, and Lydia provided us with great recs. I highly recommend if you need a place to stay in Plymouth.

This house was very clean and adorable. The hosts were very responsive. There was what i believed to be a significant issue on the part of airb&b. They had the wrong adress listed for the house. Again this was not the hosts fault. It was listed as a house in Plymouth but was actually in Bourne, which I was very upset about after driving around for an hour and literally alomost trying to get into a strangers house at night in the dark. Airb&b refused to do anything for me to make this right and blamed it on google maps which is laughable. So for the house and the hosts (residentually) I give 5 stars. For airb&b I give 0 stars.

We enjoyed our stay very much ~ the house and large fenced yard w/deck (perfect for pup) are amazing & the hosts were very kind, accommodating & responsive. The location was great with a short ride to local beaches and/or Chatham for a fun day of shopping or night out. The host’s welcome basket with treats & seltzers were a great surprise after a long day of travel. We loved playing ping pong in the garage! I do suggest the listing bedroom descriptions & photos be updated as we were pleased to find a king bed in the master BR (vs the queen shown) and a full bed (vs the twin) in the downstairs guest-room. Perhaps renovations are underway so we were pleasantly surprised! The only improvements I would suggest are adding a screen door to the deck & heat for the pool, having more wine glasses (the kitchen was wonderfully stocked otherwise), & adding amenities like blankets, washcloths, a hair dryer, beach/pool towels & chairs (we brought our own). We hope to be back next year!!

Kimberly was a fantastic host. Her home was beautiful and well-maintained. It fit our group of 6 well and had lots of amenities for our baby (pack n play, stroller, baby gates, high chair)! There were beach chairs, beach & bath towels, and linens available which was unique from other places nearby and very helpful as we flew in. The location was great with a couple of stores nearby, several beaches, and restaurants. Kimberly was very responsive and accommodating as we navigated our stay. It was a great first trip to Cape Cod & we’ll definitely stay here again. I’d recommend trying Grumpy’s which is within 5 minutes & checking out a whale watching tour!

The place was nice and spacious. Great for large family gatherings. The pool was nice and although the water was not heated (which may partially have been due to the weather), Zachary and his team were very responsive and helped troubleshoot pool temperature. Overall we had a great stay!

This home was great for our family. The pool and backyard are beautiful, and the house was clean and welcoming. There are a lot of activities in the area. I would stay here again!

Emily was so kind and responsive and the house was exactly as expected. The walk to the beach was lovely and doable with the toddlers thanks to the wagon provided. It was a quick drive into all things Falmouth and a great home base for us. The stand outs for everyone were how comfy the beds were and we were all obsessed with the outdoor shower. Loved all the thoughtful amenities, such as games and kids dinnerware. Overall very stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend.

Our family loved this retreat!!

The house is located centrally to many popular areas on the Cape, very convenient. The yard is great and having a fire pit makes for a nice relaxing end to a busy day. The host was very friendly and responsive to most questions asked.

Brian’s cottage was perfect for our family weekend away. The kids had plenty of space to play in the yard and room to stretch out inside. The kitchen has everything you’d need to cook meals and feel at home. Brian had a binder of local restaurants and attractions that was very helpful. The neighborhood was quiet and a good place to walk our dog. Highly recommend to a family looking to stay in Yarmouth.

We rented Tom’s house for a month and throughout that time Tom was super responsive and helpful. The home is in a quiet centrally located area with amazing beaches, shopping and access to both highways and backroads nearby. As a bonus the bike paths of Dennis and the rail trail are a cinch to get to. We loved our quick drives or rides over to multiple beautiful beaches for our nightly sunsets.

This place was exactly as advertised. We throughly enjoyed the fire pit and the large tables outside. Short distance to anything we needed. Beach was 5 minutes away by car. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen nicely furnished. We would definitely stay again.

James’ place was spotless and had all my parents needed for a cape cod vacation. The location was perfect- less than two miles to corporation and mayflower beaches. Dennis Public Market is very close by as well. This was a rental for my elderly parents and they loved it and will book again!
