For the price is perfect, however in the room I have stayed was facing a busy road, and was a bit noisy, but in rest was quite pleasant. Other things, keeping in mind that they have a policy where they change you extra as a guarantee for damages and I have not seen those money even today…so this is somethings to keep in mind.

We attended a wedding in Nottingham and stayed here overnight. It was perfect for this because it was self check-in which was really easy. The place was clean and well maintained. Dominic was responsive and helpful. We fell asleep to the rain pitter-pattering on the roof of the van which was lovely.

Was very responsive on messages, we stayed over Easter bank holiday weekend and she organised a lovely little Easter hunt for my two boys and I thought that above any beyond as a host to go to that extra touch for the boys. Everything was perfect and the house was very clean and the place had everything you’d need with more than enough utensils and equipment. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I’d definitely come back again.

Airbnb had put the wrong address details on the listing. Bill had emailed me beforehand so we had his phone number. He was brilliant and gave us the correct address and postcode. He was waiting outside to direct us when we got there. Accommodate was brilliant and if anything I think Bill has not charged enough. Everything you want is there including a selection of toiletries. This accommodation is only 5 miles from our relations so would definitely us this again

Really enjoyed our stay at Tim's flat it was lovely and clean, tidy, spacious. It was well equipped with kettle, microwave and teabags. The bed was lovely and comfy, we also had plenty of blankets, the location was perfect as was only a short walk to the city centre which was ideal as we could walk home after our night out! Tim was very responsive to all my messages as well so 100% would stay again next year. Many thanks 😁

Absolutely fantastic stay — the space was spotless, peaceful, and exactly as described. What really stood out, though, was the host’s kindness and responsiveness. Communication was quick, clear, and thoughtful throughout my visit. She was incredibly generous in allowing me a slightly later departure time, which made a big difference and was very much appreciated. It’s the small gestures that show real hospitality - thank you Mandip. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — a great experience from start to finish. Thank you again
