Had a lovely stay! The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We were warmly welcomed with fresh fruit and bread, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend for a comfortable and easy stay!

The apartment was stunning. It is beautifully decorated and had everything which we needed for our stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a pretty nice stay, big parking lot near the property, calm neighborhood, well equipped kitchen, bathroom. I would recommend the place. Good price also!

Staying at Joel’s place was an absolute delight! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly at home — as if we were staying at a friend’s cozy retreat rather than just a rental. The studio itself is even better than the pictures; they truly don’t do it justice. It’s bright, clean, and surprisingly spacious, with thoughtful touches that made our stay comfortable and relaxing. Joel was a fantastic host — responsive, kind, and welcoming. We would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting the Lichfield and surroundings!

We stayed two nights for a wedding nearby. The place was spotless, had a very comfy bed and was in a handy location for getting taxis. Valerie very kindly let me back in a few hours after check out, to grab something I had left behind.

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!

Lovely flat in the centre of town near all amenities and a nice local park. Facilities in the flat very good, clean and well appointed. Would recommend adding that Blue gates with Amos sign are NOT the correct ones as went there first and were met with a verbal warning from the owner of the business

An absolute gem! Highly recommend. We were a party of 2 families (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 13-17). This accommodation was perfect for our needs. It’s spacious, clean, a great location and even better than the photos. A well equipped kitchen, lots of board games to keep us entertained in the evening, and lots of bathrooms. Kiran is a great host. Very responsive and nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

Leah's place was a great option for an event at the Ice Arena. It's so central, close to many bars and restaurants. The arena was right across the road! I've stayed in many air b and bs and I have to say the beds were among the comfiest! The apartment was clean, had a huge terrace outside and despite the location was very quiet! Leah was incredibly responsive any time I had to message. We're already planning to return, highly recommended.

David and Louise have created a lovely cosy place to stay in fantastic surroundings and central to everything. As hist ourselves, they are the kind of people we would want as guests; courteous, welcoming, attentive to detail. We will sure to be back.

This was a great place to stay to explore Lichfield centre without using a car. Flat was very clean and in a quiet neighbourhood. Would go back.

We had a fantastic stay at the Ballroom. We knew it would be lovely from the photos but were not prepared for just how big the place was..it's huge! The location could not be better. So close to all the restaurants and cafes but at the same time quiet. Melbourne coffee and Sorisso Italian opposite are both brilliant and I would recommend checking these out. Sam our host was great with communications and Debbie who took care of us on arrival was very attentive and made us feel most welcome.

Great place to stay. Very nicely decorated apartment and very clean. Exactly as described/pictured. The road outside is a little noisy if you are a light sleeper but it didn’t bother us. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Great location in Beeston. Bus stop on doorstep and tram stop in 5mins away. There’s also a co-op just around the corner and a large Tesco about 5 mins away. Appartment was as listed, clean and has everything you need for a short stay

very comfortable apartment. unfortunately we did not have much time to do more than enjoy a good night's sleep. But can verify the beds are comfortable and the facilities in the kitchen gave us everything we needed.

Stayed to attend a wedding nearby, apartment was clean and suitably equipped. Nice cafe nearby for breakfast and supermarket round the corner for necessities. Can't fault it.

Amazing place. Will absolutely stay here again. A peaceful retreat amidst the busy city. Great location and great for people watching.
