We stayed at Alison’s place whilst working locally and it’s a lovely place with everything needed for cooking your own dinners and the only place we’ve stayed in that has an air fryer.!!👍🏻👍🏻 We had a van and a pick up truck on the drive so there’s plenty of room such is a bonus. Everything in the place was brand new from towels to bedding and pots and pans. Great outdoor space if you’ve got children. Overall would definitely recommend to people.👍🏻👍🏻

The place is clean and tidy with everything you need. The owners were very responsive and catered for our needs and they left some beers in the fridge which was a nice little touch and i would 100% recommend and definitely stay again!!

Roger and Cecy were such nice people. Really felt at home and very comfortable within the surroundings. If you need Tranquility and Peace, this is the place to stay !!! I will certainly look at Booking a Trip in the Future.

It is definitely a lovely place with a convenient parking space right in front of the house. The house is spacious with easy access to the city centre. The owner solves all our problems efficiently.

Really enjoyed our stay. Felt very at home. Very quiet , Great shower lovely hot water at any time . Such a great place as a base , Good places for dog walking in the area . Would have like to use the garden a bit more but we had a wet week.

Very comfortable apartment in a great location on a canal. Close to Brindleyplace, museums, art galleries and the Jewellery Quarter. Lovely to walk along the canals. Happy to recommend this apartment.

The apartment was clean, modern and showroom condition. Cristiano was a very good communicator and very kindly helped with finding a restaurant that would take a late booking, as we were likely to be back late from an England cricket match at Edgebaston.. If AirBnB allowed me to give a 4 star rating without affecting the host’s rating, then I would have done so. This would have been about the building poor common parts, one lift out of order and the grim corridor to the flats. But none of these things are a reflection on Cristiano. The location is also very central and so convenient for all Birmingham city has to offer in culture and night life. The building clearly has many apartments used for AirBnB lets.

Had a great stay. Iwona is a fantastic host. The apartment was perfectly located for what we needed. It was beautifully presented, clean and fully equipped. We felt right at home. Check in and check out were very easy and very clearly communicated. We loved the little touches such as body wash, shampoo and conditioner and dishwasher tablets/cleaning materials. This is a perfect apartment to use if you want to spend a few days in the city. Everything in terms of restaurants, theatres and the train station is all walkable. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, cosy, and spotless. A friend who stayed with me has OCD and is usually anxious about cleanliness, but she was genuinely impressed and felt completely at ease thanks to how immaculately clean everything was. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever needed. We’ve stayed in several apartments in Birmingham over the years, and this is by far one of the best. Great location, amazing service, and a space that truly felt like home. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely be booking again very soon!

A really nice stylish and welcoming apartment in a quiet, leafy but convenient location, with everything we needed including a comfortable bed and really good shower. Even better than the photos suggest. Very close walk to all that Kings Heath and Moseley offer. Thanks for a great stay!

Very nice flat, exactly as described. Backyard is on the Worcester-Birmingham canal, which was the attraction for me. There is a table and chairs for sitting out and watching canal boats and waterfowl pass by. The train is adjacent to the canal and trains pass by several times an hour during the day with some at night too. I actually enjoy the train traffic, but with the doors/windows closed there is no train noise. Kitchen is adequately supplied for just about any cooking. Bathroom is typically small, but the shower was great with steady flow of hot water. There is plenty of parking, numerous grocery stores and restaurants are within a short walk. I thoroughly enjoyed my 12-day stay.

From booking to checkout everything was perfect.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Nice place and great value. Parking easy, bed is comfortable, its quiet and had all I needed for overnight on business. Would recommend.
