Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Derry and Strabane

Very cute apartment with convenient parking out front. The water in the shower could be a little tricky to get the right temp so be careful, but it didn’t have any shortage of hot! Comfortable and clean.

We were totally happy at Mairéad and Linda place, it was perfect with all the facilities you would hope for. It is just 20 mins walk to the centre of Derry and although part walking back was uphill, it wasn’t difficult and we are all 60 years old! We would throughly recommend it!

Joanne greeted us to walk us through the property and filled us in on local to-do’s. Loved her recommendation for the restaurant, Tank & Skinny’s, in the town of Limavady. Excellent sandwiches/desserts. Very clean and welcoming with tasty goodies (bread,cookies, jam,butter), milk, coffee,and a bottle of wine. The washing machine/drying rack came in handy. Really enjoyed the mini-balcony on the 2nd floor to stargaze. Wow!! What an amazing place set on a rolling countryside road, with high quality construction and finishes. Ask about the cute Austrian sheep up the road, sooooo cute.

Brendan was very welcoming and accommodating on arrival. Showed us everything we needed to know I.e heating settings, how to work the hot tub and give us a great wee tour of the house. The house itself has a spacious parking area, a gorgeous open plan from living room, kitchen and dining room. The bedrooms where very spacious which made it a comfortable stay with a large group. The ensuite bathrooms and other bathrooms situated around the house where immaculate as well as the entirety of the house. The spacious outdoor seating area and hot tub where amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will likely book this location again.

We had a great time staying here! The house is on a very steep street, but we were well informed of this before arriving. The house was very comfortable, and each room has its own bathroom. There’s a beautiful view of the city.

The cottage was in a beautiful spot, lovely view looking out onto the river, the house was very comfortable & clean. Emma was very helpful & replied to any queries straight away. We also left something at the cottage which she kindly dropped off at our relations house after we left. We would definitely stay here again & recommend it to other people

Lovely stay here. Jenevieve and Martin have a lovely private spacious area for sleeping and relaxing. Stayed here on the eve of my wedding & they left some bubbles in the fridge for us to celebrate. The addition of the outdoor bath is brilliant, my daughter loved the view looking into the field at the cows. Would definitely return. *****

Helen's House was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Derry. The location was great - everything we wanted to do/see was on our doorstep. The house was decorated beautifully and spotlessly clean. All the small touches make such a difference - especially the milk and water in the fridge.

Lovely place and even lovelier host. It is very out the way so a car is definitely ideal, but taxi into city centre isn’t too expensive. The place is massive and has everything you need. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Thanks Marie :)

Nice place to stay. map location took me a little further up the hill but turned around and found the place with a quick phone call.

We had a fantastic time at Claire's place, it was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed and more. There was fresh milk and orange juice in the fridge and a lovely welcome basket as well as a bottle of prosecco waiting for us. The sauna was amazing aswell as the hot tub and the whole outdoor space, especially in the gorgeous sunshine we were lucky to have had for our weekend away.

Sarah provided all we needed and was very friendly. Lovely area to sit outside when the weather co-operated! She answered any queries really promptly and was very approachable. Amenities were many and all in great condition. Lovely stay and even the dog came to say good-bye. What a lovely dog.

Beautiful location & perfect for our girls weekend.

We stayed here for my brother’s wedding and couldn’t have asked for a better location—it was just a short walk to the venue as well as to all the great pubs, bars, and restaurants in Derry. The space looked exactly like the photos but felt even more spacious in person. We stayed for three nights and, while we mostly ate out, the kitchen was extremely well-equipped if we’d wanted to cook. There were plenty of towels and even some shower gel provided, which was a thoughtful touch. The area is very quiet both during the day and at night, making it perfect for a restful stay. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Derry/Londonderry!

We had a lovely few days staying in Mary’s apartment. It’s in a very convenient position near the bus and railway stations. The flat itself is tastefully decorated and furnished with everything you might possibly need. Mary was kind enough to leave us some provisions to get us started. We had a few questions and Mary was very quick to respond. We were blessed with good weather and it was lovely to sit out on the balcony in the evenings. We have no hesitation in recommending Mary’s apartment.

A tidy, pleasant apartment in a great location, close to tourist attractions. I recommend it to other families as well, very clean and comfortable accommodation. The host was kind and thoughtful, taking care of everything. Thank you, we’ll definitely come back if we’re in the area again!

Fabulous property which has a great blend of the old and new. Great character in the accommodation, very comfortable and perfect for our trip. A short walk into town and £5 in a taxi back. The accommodation was spotless and had everything you would need for a short or longer trip. I would happily return to this property. An excellent find.

This is one of the best places you can stay in Derry. The location is superb - the views overlooking The Foyle are incredible. You can walk easily to nearby restaurants and an amazing walk to the city centre. The apartment is so well equipped you could move right in. Jenny has thought of everything you’ll need for your stay. She is very responsive and has made check in/out very easy. It’s the perfect stay while visiting Derry. Highly recommend.

Fabulous little stay. This apartment is so clean so airy so beautiful. In a prime location you can just walk across and take in the stunning views of the river. It has everything and more you could need for a night away, so peaceful and quiet. Would recommend to anyone, and will come back. Thank you so much

John was a great host , very proactive in messages and responding , the room was lovely , it was spacious and cosy and was plenty for 4 adults. The locstion is beautiful and is close to artigarvan , strabane and only 20 minutes from derry. So its ideal for going to see dofferent places. The pool table and workout equipment is a very nice touch and was helpful when it was rainy ti keep us occupied. Overall john was a great host and the room was exactly what we need couldnt fault it.
