This peaceful, spacious studio sits on the 1st floor with balcony and sea view.

Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. Our cozy 56m² home features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living area with a fireplace, and outdoor BBQ - perfect for families or friends. Sleeps 5 with two single beds, one double, and a sofa bed. Stay comfortable with air conditioning, relax with Netflix, and start your day with a coffee machine in the fully equipped kitchen. Laundry facilities are available for convenience.

The house is located 5km outside Xylokastro in the Kamari area. It is a village surrounded by the sea and is known for its picturesque beaches. It can accommodate up to 4 people and is suitable for families with young children. It is by the sea, has a large balcony and yard and is equipped with all the necessary electrical appliances you may need during your stay. It is suitable for summer and winter.

My place is ideal for couples, families with children and groups of friends.
