Booked Terese's place for my husband who went to Tas with his mate. Place was great. Perfect location for their plans and communications were accurate and timely.

What an amazing sanctuary this place is! The grounds and cottages are beautiful and the property is immaculate. The rainforest walk was particularly amazing- so well maintained. We enjoyed our stay (as two almost 40 year olds) but it would be an absolute wonderland for kids. Would have loved to have spent more time here.

What a fabulous farm stay! This eco-retreat is a great experience for families. We were welcomed by Grant and given great advice about what to do around the area- Mt Field National Park was all we needed for adventure as the property also provided us with beautiful short walks, spectacular views and a peaceful stay. There were many homely activities to do but we didn’t get to experience it all. The produce in the garden is amazing, particularly the berries for our January stay and we’re thankful it’s shared for guests. The wholistic living was complimented by wildlife and a nicely decorated cottage stay.

Belinda's place is a great rural escape that is close to all needed amenities. It was peaceful and full of light, with an unexpected bonus of Netflix! We loved the surrounding wildlife and picturesque surrounds. Make sure to have a flashlight/phone light available if arriving after dark - it is truly rural with no lights (make sure to look up at the amazing stars while you're at it!)

We stayed 2 nights at Grant and Marieke’s place - it is set in the most beautiful Tasmanian bush land and the added touches such as veggie garden and chickens were much appreciated. The house itself is incredibly cozy and warm, we could not feel that it was zero degrees outside. Small kitchen with all the basics and necessities, I also appreciated the opportunity to have seperate compost and regular waste bins. Overall a wonderful two nights and would very much recommend their place!

We had an amazing and very restful stay at The Little Seed. Peter and Charlie are wonderful and caring hosts. We will be back and will be recommending The Little Seed to friends.

It is so nice to stay at Clare and Justin'sproperty. Very close to ferry departure to Bruny island. we enjoyed to our stay in this cozy sweet studio. the organic eggs from Clare and Justin's farm and fire place were amazing. Many many thanks.

Awesome place, very close to good food and national park. Beautiful spot with lots of wildlife and a beautiful garden. One of our favourite places in Tassie.

What a magical , welcoming and friendly place for our whole family (12 of us) to spend some precious time together. An hour from the airport located in the beautiful Huon Valley this is a unique property. Made in Finland an eco friendly property that is very well insulated. It has a great slow combustion fire but certainly not needed while we were there - although marshmallows cooked in the terracotta chiminea outside was a great hit. This has been built for the owners and their family and we were privileged to live in it for a few happy days. Beautifully set up and equipped throughout - the puzzles and books were greatly appreciated by our family. Everything was there in abundance in the kitchen living bath and bedrooms for all ages. The views are gorgeous . A very special time - thank you! Absolutely highly recommended.

We enjoyed our time at Hamlet Downs country cottage. Lovely rustic home with sunrise views from the lounge room window and a pleasant morning walk to the farm dam to spot a platypus. It had everything we needed and we really appreciated the catering available, very tasty, compliments to the chef! It’s a peaceful location and an easy drive to Maydena and Mt Field. We’d happily stay again.

28gates farm gives fabulous and absolute real TAS farm experience. This feeling is what I was looking for through traveling Tasmania while getting out of the crowded modern city. Susie gave us very warm welcome, and introduced the farm in detail. The complimentary foods are very good. I highly recommend this farm staying.

Fantastic spacious cabin, well worth it and be sure to check out the excellent restaurant opposite.

Such a lovely house, very modern and cozy! The showers are great and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed staying by the wood fire in the evening, walking around the beautiful property and to the lake nearby. Jenny was always very helpful and provided lots of recommendations about things to do around. Definitely recommend this place to stay for a beautiful and relaxing experience!

This place was a really good find, unique, comfortable, spacious, warm and we loved spending time in the quiet country setting. Ron and Yvonne were excellent hosts who make every effort to treat their guests well. Highly recommend this place to anyone spending time in this beautiful corner of our state.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming house! The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the antique furniture added a unique touch to the cozy atmosphere. Chris and Kaye were welcoming and friendly. Their friendly dog Lucy and cat Stella were delightful companions. Highly recommend this lovely retreat!

We loved Heidi's place. It was so relaxing, had fun with the animals and kyaked on the lake. Beautiful fresh eggs, produce and baked good at the shop. And ice cream! We highly recommend. Thanks Heidi and Herbert.
