Недалеко от моря (6 мин пешком по ровной асфальтированной дорожке) расположен этот уютный дом. Сделанный в деревенском стиле. но со всеми удобствами. Он стоит в небольшом фруктовом саду (персики сливы груши яблоки). Самое большое достоинство зтого дома нет вблизи развлекательных заведений. Отсутствие суеты вокруг дает возможность уединиться и качественно отдохнуть. Наличие ухоженного двора и барбекю с беседкой тоже большой плюс.
