We have a large yard with a patio near the carriage house, covered porch, grill, bbq pit, bocce court, and outdoor living room (summer). We have a dog that has yard access. This space has everything you need for a short or long stay on what is arguably one of the safest streets in the city, walking distance to a plethora of bars and restaurants and a 5 min rideshare to all the downtown venues. In other words, close to all the action, but a quiet, peaceful place to retreat at the end of a day of adventure.
