Enjoy life in this accommodation right next to supermarkets and 1 km from the city center and S-Bahn.

Direkt am Nymphenburger Schlosspark gelegen, ermöglicht es den Gästen auch zu Fuß erholsame Freizeitstunden zu verbringen. Zum Shopping sind die Pasing Arcaden sowie die Innenstadt schnell per Bus, Tram oder S-Bahn zu erreichen. Auch am Oktoberfest oder in der Allianz Arena ist man öffentlich oder mit dem Auto sehr schnell.

Seen, fussläufig alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Freitag Wochenmarkt regionalen Angeboten, Biergärten und Restaurants in der Nähe. Sicherlich werdet ihr euch sehr wohlfühlen bei mir. The flat is very bright and sunny thanks to the high rooms and large mullioned windows. It has beautiful herringbone parquet flooring, the bathroom is tiled.

The house is near Eching, so you can reach the S-Bahn (direction city centre/airport) in 5 minutes by car, the city centre/airport in 20 minutes and the exhibition centre in approx. 30 minutes.
