Our apartment was completely renovated in January 2024 and is in the center of Munich, just minutes on foot to Marienplatz, the Old Town and the boutiques on Maximilianstraße! Have a drink at one of the neighborhood bars, go for a run along the Isar river, or just chill out in the apartment with the TV, comfy couch and a Nespresso machine (fair trade, recyclable pods)! The sofa pulls out into a comfortable bed with a mattress topper. On-site parking: €25 per night. Ask for availability.

Located near the center, yet quiet and surrounded by greenery. Free Wi-Fi, Magenta TV and your own sunny spot on our terrace. Also best connection to public transport, e-scooters and public bikes at every corner. Supermarket with Sunday bakery directly across the street, Haidhausen with its fancy cafes, restaurants and stores within walking distance. Please note that smoking is not allowed in and on the whole property. Heating outside our heating period (weather dependent) 10€/day.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.
