In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants and of course the local recreational town of Isar. The spacious balcony offers space for relaxation in the outdoor areas.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Aufgrund der Lage in einem Innenhof ist sie trotzdem absolut ruhig, auch weil in dem Haus ansonsten nur Büros sind. Innen ist die Wohnung klein, aber fein, mit allem Luxus für einen kurzen Trip. Zum Marienplatz und Stadtzentrum sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß, zur U-Bahn 50 Meter und zum Oktoberfest 10 Minuten mit dem Taxi oder Fahrrad.
