On the 9th floor with elevator, the residence is at the foot of the slopes with all the shops (restaurant, convenience store, ski rental and others) in the building.

In a quiet subdivision, you will be welcomed in a 40 m2 cottage with a warm wooden interior with a small garden. You will find a renovated dining area, a living room with sofa bed and a mezzanine with 1 single bed and 1 double bed. A stove will warm you up after your day in the great outdoors. The cottage is independent but we can tell you about activities and places to discover. Ski resort, water park and lake 15 minutes away. Amenities 5 minutes away.

Your entry is completely autonomous but, living on site, we will be happy to advise you on activities to do in the area if you wish.

In summer and winter, many activities will be offered within the resort or nearby, especially in the Dévoluy Valley.
