Extremely clean, updated three bedroom and two bath home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but only minutes away from the downtown buzz. This home includes a back patio with a spacious backyard and fire pit. Coffee nook, two wireless music speakers, Roku TV, premium Wifi, and many other amenities and supplies. The basement has a washer and dryer, cozy TV area, bar area, fridge, bathroom, games, cards, and office/game room. This is not a party house! Please NO use of curry when cooking.

The Linden House is a newly renovated 3BR/2BA retreat with an office space just minutes from MSU. Featuring a bespoke interior with curated details, lodge-inspired design, and subtle Spartan-themed charm, this home offers style and comfort in every corner. Cute basement apartment; walk to MSU & Frandor

Cute little house just north of MSU campus. You will have the whole finished basement with a private entrance. Your co-host lives upstairs in case you need anything, but will completely respect your privacy. There is no need for AC as it’s nice and cool in the summer and comfortably warm in the winter. The apartment is equipped with an IKEA mini-kitchen including a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and induction cooktop. Enjoy summer evenings on the back deck.
