We felt like home from day 1. The house was small but ideal for 6 people, with the amenities and everything that one would have at home. Violeta and Antoni, are extremely nice and welcoming, they were super friendly. The place is perfect if you want to relax and enjoy your vacations. We fell in love with the island and with the house!!

Perfect vacation for us! Private and romantic! Everything was as described and downtown / shops all within a short drive. Incredible hosts and staff making sure everything we needed. We highly recommend and loved our 12 days here. Thanks again!

A good location and very easy to reach from the airport. We found everything we need in the house and spent 8 wonderfull days on the Karpathos island. Moreover for windsurfer it's a paradise...

The house is exactly as you can see from the photos... lovely place!The tranquility is the master. The pool is definitely an extra element despite the crazy sea of the island. Personally we used it morning and night and at night you have a view of the stellar mantle!! In short, everything is really fantastic but there is an extra element... on the contrary, two... the people (unfortunately it does not make me write the names) that we found at the check-in... fantastic people... reserved... discreet kind and always with a smile In short, they add human quality to a place that is really beautiful. Convenient for tavernas and airport beaches (in addition you can't hear planes) Highly recommended or

The neighborhood, a stone house is very homely, modernly furnished, not far from the beach, right on the village road of the small fishing village. Opposite is the bus stop and the clean cat station. We were there at the end of April until the beginning of May. Very quiet and harmonious. Evdoxia is a friendly, perfect, accommodating host. She spoiled us with her father's wine for the reception and explained everything. We felt right at home. Good beds and plenty of linens and towels. But unfortunately no room service. The studio can be darkened well and would also be perfect with a child. Kitchen with brand new essentials [salt, pepper, paper towels, coffee capsule, ..] The garbage was disposed of every few days. We will be very happy to return.

Stavros’ place wax honestly one of the best houses we have ever rented. It matched the description completely, was modern very clean and with a very nice swimming pool and an excellent view. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to visit Karpathos for holidays (or even for remote working for a month or so) Staff on site was very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home.

Our stay was fantastic! The area of Mertonas was secluded and wild, just what we wanted. The house had an amazing view and we felt very comfy and at home. The communication with the host is impeccable: quick responses always and extremely available in responding to needs and questions! We will miss this amazing place

Dream villa,exactly as in the published photos. Welcome, cleanliness, huge spaces, well maintained and very clean. Breathtaking view of the wonderful Bay of Amoopi. George was really helpful,kind and welcoming. Everything was perfect.

We had a very nice staying at Michail house. He cares about guests and provides all the info related to the beautiful, tidy and peaceful house. From this place, if you have a car or motorbike, you can enjoy visiting marvelous places of the island a few kilometers far. The planning is tough since you have a variety of choices. The house is close to Pigadia which is a convenient area if you are looking for shopping or planning boat e ferry boat trips. In the area you'll find supermarkets, shops and gas station which are not so frequent in other areas. Thanks to Michail, we hope to be back in the future.

Spacious villa with large (saltwater) pool and veranda overlooking the sea as well as the town of Amoopi, ideal to relax and unwind either for families or a group of friends. The house itself is very well equipped and is quitely located a 5-minute drive from the great beaches of Amoopi and some local small shops. As well the capital city is a short 12-minute drive away and a good starting point for exploring both the east and west coast of Karpathos. They have a local contact who's very supportive for any kind of questions or support on the spot. Please mind there's a dirt road for the last 1.5 km to the house, you however don't need a 4-wheel drive to master the road. We very much enjoyed our stay at Catia&Claudio's villa and can only highly recommend for anyone visiting the lovely island of Karpathos! Thanks again for having us.

Stunning property inside and out. The Villa is brand new with beautiful and stylish finishes. Beds very comfortable. The view is amazing. Perfect for a couples getaway. Highly recommended. The team is very responsive, professional and helpful.

Location and beautiful views, everything is attention to detail. And at the end of the day it's nice to return and immerse yourself in the hot tub suspended between the sky and the sea. Thanks to Tina, always available for any request or information.

We had the most wonderful week in Karpathos! The villa was perfect, in a great location for exploring the island and plenty of space for the both of us to work from. Manolis gave us great recommendations on where to eat out, especially being the off season on the island. The kitchen was well equipped making it easy for us to stay in to cook as well. Manolis was an amazing host with unrivalled hospitality and generosity. Our day out on his boat exploring hidden beaches around the island was the highlight of our trip! The villa was a great home away from home, well equipped with laundry facilities and great TV. We would highly recommend Zoi's villa and we can't wait to come back!!

Everything was perfect, we enjoyed a lot… It’s one of the best stays in Afiartis for windsurfers for sure. We will come back.😃
