This was the perfect house for our family to gather for our parents 40th wedding anniversary. Very accessible for our elderly grandmother as well as beautiful views and lots of space! We were able to have lovely meals at home and get some sun on the deck & dock. Very relaxing and the perfect spot for families.

The place is immaculate and I don't believe I've been to a more comfortable BNB and felt more at home in my traveling life. Fully loaded, great TVs, insanely comfortable beds and sitting in the hot tub looking over the lake made for such relaxing evenings. All he asked at checkout was that I lock the door behind me! Beautiful lake house! My sons caught fish off the dock. Host very quick response. Had everything we needed. Would stay again! Definitely recommend!

Our family really enjoyed our stay. Very nice home with plenty of space and stocked with all the necessities. Easy access to Shangri-La and several great restaurants. Would stay again.

Started out a great stay but she ended up thinking we should of deep cleaned the property. We left no dishes no trash and swept the floors. Fir having to pay a cleaning fee she was very unappreciative. Won't be returning

Nikki was quick to respond to my inquiries regarding the home. We needed wheelchair accessibility and had questions regarding the property that she responded to quickly. She was great to check in during our stay to ensure that we didn’t have additional questions and made sure we were alerted when bad weather was in the area. Very kind and friendly host. We love the lake view and the home is great! We would definitely stay here again.

This house was AMAZING. The nicest Air B and B we’ve used. Everything you need! Cozy bedding. The back porch was fantastic. The bike area had everything we needed when a bike needed a fix. Would absolutely stay here again and again!!! Easy walk to the lake, but Off is needed for ticks! Thank you so much for the amazing home!

The photos and description of the home did not disappoint- the views of the lake were spectacular from inside out! We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again sometime!

Beautiful location and lots of open space. Exactly as shown in the photographs. Very clean and functional space. Great house for kids. You're right on the water with a gorgeous view. Just perfect for our trip and close to the country club. Beds were great and the house had plenty of space. We would defiantly stay again if in the Joplin area.

We enjoyed our stay so much and loved the peaceful secluded setting of the place. We made sure to take time to build a fire in the fire pit and make some s’mores. It felt like we were in a very remote and private place while still being just minutes from the pool (we were in town for a swim meet) as well as all the attractions Bentonville has to offer. We would definitely come back again!

The Blue Heron was a great space for our family to gather for our 3 night stay. I was relieved there weren't breakables, especially no glass tables, so we didn't have added stress. We had room for our three little grandsons to play, thankfully, since it rained the entire time we were there. The finished basement was an awesome space with a giant table for Lego building. We had plenty of bedrooms for our seven adults. Knowing our grandsons would want to bunk with grandpa, I brought their cots and the adult size cots fit with extra room to walk around in the master bedroom. Bathrooms were very clean. The kitchen was clean and stocked with items we needed to cook. The oven is old but it worked. Emily was very responsive and friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

I’ve stayed at this house several times because it’s a great to spend time with friends. Big rooms, lots of space, and a fully + equipped kitchen. The screened in dining area off the kitchen is one of my favorite places anywhere. Tea in the morning with a view of the dense trees and the birds chirping is amazing. The sound of the accumulated due dripping from leaf to leaf is mesmerizing. The place is Amazing! Chris is also a great Superhost. I’ve traveled most of the globe, and this is one of my favorite places on the planet!

Great roomy place. Open concept kitchen/dinning area/Living room. Everything you need to grill meals except charcoal. Nice large shared Hot Tub and Fire Pit area. Lots of open space for playing outdoor games or just chilling by the huge fire pit! Pets are graciously accepted. Great space for a large group to camp and explore the area, fish, float the Elk River. Would definitely recommend to other guests.

Candace’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we expected and more! Plenty of rooms for privacy and they were very roomy besides that!! This was probably the best experience we have ever had!! Thank you Candace for sharing your home with us!

the property is beautiful inside and out almost all the cooking utensils you could need and very spacious right on the back 40 trail. would be a great stay for mtb biking enthusiasts

This house was awesome! The kids loved being able to feed the animals every day and the zoo safari is definitely a must! Diane is very responsive and wants you to feel at home. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a full meal. Everything is clean and in great condition. Plenty of towels in all bathrooms and plenty of beach towels. No need to bring pool floats/toys! This house has plenty! Definitely will book here again whenever we come back to this area.

My family(14 of us all together) stayed and had a great time. We played games, ate, went swimming, ate, went boating and fishing, ate, talked and laughed a lot. We concluded our time together with a do it ourselves Worship Service. All in all a wonderful time together. Allison was great to work with and the house met all of our needs. I recommend this place to anyone with a large group..

Family came together from four states to celebrate a graduation and this was a wonderful place for us to stay. We were able to spend lots of quality time as a family. The spacious kitchen and lovely garden were two main gathering places. We had a terrific time and were grateful to have the space to be together comfortably.

It exceeded our expectations! Great location for Passion play visitors. Way more spacious than expected...highly recommend!
