Waterfront holiday rentals in Dickinson County

The condo was comfortable and the building was quiet! It is positioned close to popular spots -Arnold’s Amusement park and lots of local restaurants. The amenities on the resort were great, we used the gym, the pool & zip line. It was a great getaway! Also Cera was an excellent host, quick & clear communication!

Great people, Great place, sweetheart of a dog. Was described perfectly! Anything you could ever want and or need they were guaranteed to have it! We had a lot of fun with a beautiful lake view and dock the water was too cold for us to get in but that's okay the view was 100% worth it ! THANK you so much for letting us be guests at this wonderful priced place hope to be back again soon and can stay again !

We had a great time in this condo. It was a great space for a small extended family getaway with 5 adults and 2 kids. I wish we had more time to enjoy some of the other things in the Okoboji area!

The place was wonderful! It was centrally located on the property and everything was within a few minute walk. Great view of the lake and the fire table was a nice add for the chilly nights. The rooms were great with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The kids loved the bunk beds, which was a huge bonus!

Our stay was incredible! Lexi is a total rockstar and made sure we had anything and everything we could need…even starter firewood! The beds and couch were super comfy. The water pressure in the shower was awesome and there were plenty of towels, which was amazing. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

It was our first time visiting the Okoboji area. We loved our stay. We had 3 families in our group. The kids loved having the basement all to themselves. It was so nice having the dock to pull the boat up to each day, and for the kids to fish off of as well. The hosts were very friendly & offered many suggestions for places to visit/eat. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary equipment needed for cooking, although we spent most of our day on the water and ate at various places in the area. Fun to boat right up to eat your meals from the water. That was an experience the kids loved! We were nervous with the recent floods that the water conditions wouldn't allow for boating/swimming activities. We did find it nice that given the 5mph limit on the water the kids could swim safely from the dock as well as out in the water with minimal waves. It was like we had the lake to ourselves! The visit during the week probably helped with that too?!? Definitely recommend!

We stayed here right after the flooding. the lakeside had been under water for quite a while. The place was not as inviting as the pictures but I attribute much of that to the flooding. The dock was repaired, which was important to us as we have a boat. The two houses were clean and inviting and we enjoyed the quietness of the location and the no wake requirements on that part of the lake. The neighbors were very nice and helpful. We hope to stay here again next year.

This was easily one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve had. The home was beautifully set up, spotless, and incredibly well-stocked—anything we could’ve needed for a lake stay was thoughtfully provided. From the little essentials to the fun extras, nothing was overlooked. Cara was a fantastic host and communicated clearly throughout. We felt relaxed, welcomed, and completely at home. Highly recommend!

This little lakeside retreat is perfect for a family! The quiet lake was perfect for my kiddos to enjoy, while still being close enough to the busy city to go out and explore Boji. The home was even more beautiful in person. The host was very accommodating and responsive. When I booked, for packing purposes, I inquired if there was a pack & play provided for toddlers. She responded shortly telling me that she added one for us! The Fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms were absolutely amazing- they even had added accommodations like makeup wipes, qtips, floss picks, lotion, extra blankets and so many towels! The covered porch area was perfect for relaxing and watching the sunsets. It was such a comfortable stay- you truly felt at home! With enough space for everyone to relax comfortably. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at Sharon's property. We stayed Thursday - Sunday. The view was spectacular. The kitchen was very modern with everything you need for cooking. It was nice to have our own little beach so the kids could play in the water and sand without going to a public beach. The outdoor furniture was very nice and comfortable. I would highly recommend this property.

Had a great stay at the cabin! It has private access to a dock on Spirit Lake and a short distance from a boat ramp. A nice, peaceful getaway from busier urban areas.

Ryan’s place was very clean and comfortable. We stayed with our family of four and had a great time. We were very grateful to have details thought out like providing detergent for the washer and dryer, and soap for the dishwasher. The patio view was amazing in the mornings in the evenings. Great proximity to the water park and restaurants.

It was very close to all the action. We were minutes away from everything we wanted to do and see. The place is beautiful and had tons of kitchen supplies to cook with. We did not have to buy any essentials, they were all provided for us. We had one day that was cold and Allison was very helpful in helping us find things to do. She also gave us good restaurants to try and boat rentals to rent a pontoon. She was extremely helpful and responded to our questions very quickly. I would highly recommend this condo!!

Absolutely wonderful condo! Ample space for everyone to spread out while still being together. Bedrooms are spacious enough for a PacknPlay(we brought our own, did not see one in the unit), kitchen was large and had more than enough gadgets and Tupperware to cook in and the building and unit were clean and smelled amazing! Views of the lake were perfect for morning coffee but take note of house rules for kiddos on the deck, there are some wider gaps along the railing. Will definitely be back for future trips to Boji!

Perfect spot for our family to relax by the lake while being close to family fun activities. The home had everything we needed and Randall was an exceptional host. Would definitely book again.
