There are lemon, pomegranate, fig and olive trees in the garden. It is 7-8 minutes' walk to Akbük beach (on the cold water side). It is within a 2-minute walking distance to Akbük minibus station and the market set up on Tuesdays. There are sofa beds that can be opened for 2 other guests. You can cook in our apartment, the necessary pots, plates, forks, etc. are available as standard.
