Our house is located in a residential complex in Didim Akbük. It has 3 floors, a large veranda, a large terrace and a front and back garden surrounding the house. There are lemon, pomegranate, fig and olive trees in the garden. It is a 7-8 minute walk to Akbük beach (on the cold water side). It is within a 2-minute walking distance to the Akbük minibus garage and the farmers' market held on Tuesdays. It is also within a 15-minute walking distance to all the grocery stores (Migros, A101, Bim, Şok) and the bazaar. Tourism Approval No: 09-47-1

From our centrally located house, you can easily access everything you need for your vacation. Just 10 steps to the sea and the beach :) 20 m to the Market, Cafe, Restaurant, Bar and Beach Clubs. The fully air-conditioned apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and water dispenser (the first 19-liter bottle of water is free), as well as kitchen utensils. A barbecue is available. The terrace overlooks the garden. A washing machine and satellite TV are also provided. The apartment sleeps five people. Pets are welcome. For safety reasons, large dog breeds must be kept on a leash on the property.

There are fold-out sofas for 2 other guests. You can cook in our apartment, the necessary pots, plates, spoons, forks, etc. are available as standard.
