Enjoy your life with us... The fully air-conditioned apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, and water dispenser (the first 19-liter bottle of water is free), as well as kitchen utensils. A barbecue is available. The terrace overlooks the garden. A washing machine and satellite TV are also provided. The apartment sleeps five people. Pets are welcome. For safety reasons, large dog breeds must be kept on a leash on the property.

We cannot accept pets for health reasons. There are 2 sun beds and 1 umbrella per house. It is a legal requirement that the identity details of guests staying at the property be reported to the EGM. Guests who are not included in the identification declaration cannot stay. In accordance with the UKOME Decision, some roads within the site are CLOSED TO VEHICLE TRAFFIC. Vehicle traffic ends 50-60 meters before the house. It is not possible to drive up to the front of the house.
