Gîte Alvéoles, entre rivière et centre historique

Bienvenue à ALVÉOLES ! Notre gîte est situé à cinq minutes à pied de la rivière Drôme et du centre historique de Die. D’ici tout est accessible facilement : baignade, randonnées, marché, commerces. Il se situe au 1er étage, au-dessus de notre miellerie et de la roue du moulin qui date du 18ème siècle. Nous sommes apiculteurs à la Miellerie L'Abeille du Vercors et serons ravis d’échanger avec vous sur notre métier et notre beau Diois ! Nous n’avons pas de parking sur place pour motos ou voitures

A deux pas du centre ville de Die (500 m par la passerelle piétonne), en bord de rivière, vous êtes à la campagne et à la ville ! En rez-de-jardin de notre maison, nos entrées sont opposées : vous êtes tranquilles, mais nous sommes là si besoin. Situé en rez de jardin, ce logement est parfait pour un séjour au calme. En effet, à seulement 5 min du centre ville en vélo (en prêt avec panier et cadenas), en bordure de forêt, la maison se situe dans un environnement naturel exceptionnel, avec une vue dégagée sur Die et ses montagnes ! Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

Petite maison de bric et de broc, nichée dans vallée sublime.. rivière à deux pas, promenade au départ de la maison, jardin non attenant ( mais tout proche) à disposition.. et pour les curieux laboratoire de sorcière ou je peux vous proposer une petite initiation en herboristerie familiale…enfin, mon chien habite ici .. au plaisir de vous accueillir….
