Our studio is in the center of Diemen, a shopping center with supermarkets and restaurants is around the corner. In 15 minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam. 5 min walk to the tram stop and 10 min to the train station. Our luxurious studio is fully equipped. A lovely Auping king size bed, air conditioning, wifi, TV with Netflix, heating and bathroom with rain shower and toilet shower. A private garden and private parking in front of the door! You can also rent a bike for 15 euros per day.

During your stay in our house, you will find peace in all the hustle and bustle. The house is spacious and has a large garden, where you can sit comfortably even when it rains. Our house is a stone's throw from the city center of Amsterdam. Within fifteen minutes you are on Leidseplein and you walk along the canals, while the house is located in a very quiet and child-friendly neighborhood. The house has been partially renovated. The ground floor and first floor are brand new and ready for use.

- Check in: from 16.00 pm. If you arrive after 20.00 pm, we send you a self-check in video with all the instructions. - Check out: at 11.00 am. The host will check the house at 10.30. If you like to check out sooner, or later. Please let us know. - Smoking (cigarettes & vaping) is not allowed. When we caught smoke inside we will give a fine of 100 euros. - NO barbecue policy - NO party location, no loud music allowed. After 22:00 we are quiet. - Pets are allowed, only on their leash.

This beautiful studio with garden view in a family home is a peaceful place just 15 minutes away from the busy city center. The entrance to the house is communal, we live on the top floors, but the studio has its own entrance from the hallway and has private access to the garden with view on and entrance to a canal. The studio has a kitchen with basic cooking equipment (microwave, hot plates, pans, coffeemaker etc), shower, toilet and seating area to make your stay as convenient as possible.

The studio is in the center of Diemen, near the shopping center with supermarkets and restaurants. You can walk to public transportation in 5 minutes: train or tram, and you can be in the center of Amsterdam within 20 minutes. The bus takes you directly to the Ziggo Dome, JC Arena and AFAS theater in 20 minutes. The studio has all the comforts, a patio, private entrance, a free private parking space. With a bathroom, coffee corner, fridge, laptop safe, TV, double bed and WiFi.

Familyhome with a big garden and free parking

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

Quiet luxury studio with garden. Included free bicycles, free parking in the area, many public transport options. Within 15 minutes in the center of Amsterdam. The studio is in a safe and especially beautiful area. All Amsterdam attractions are within 6 km cycling distance. Prefer not to cycle? The bus or the bike will take you to Diemen station in 4 minutes. Walking 15 minutes. From Diemen Station, a train leaves 4 times an hour > 11 minutes to Amsterdam Central.

Within walking distance are two shopping centers with a supermarket and places to eat. With a bus stop at the door and the metro within walking distance, you can reach the Amsterdam Arena and the cinema within 15 minutes or the center of Amsterdam in 20 minutes. Bicycle and car rental are possible.

"Sailing barge Titaan” is a relatively new ship in the Dutch fleet. She is build in 2001 and has been used mostly for romantic sailing trips and weddings. Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people). The traditional white sailing barge in combination with a more modern and luxury interior gives the whole ship an interesting twist and a perfect place to unwind and relax.
