If you like to check out sooner, or later. Please let us know. - Smoking (cigarettes & vaping) is not allowed. When we caught smoke inside we will give a fine of 100 euros. - NO barbecue policy - NO party location, no loud music allowed. After 22:00 we are quiet. - Pets are allowed, only on their leash.

Single-family house (15m cycling center Amsterdam)

Careful! The house has one double bed, one single bed, one single semi highsleeper and one single highsleeper. Therefore, we only welcome families with children (or up to 3 adults - 5 beds available, of which 2 only suitable for kids). A very light, modern and quiet house on the waterfront (sheltered by a gate, so the children can not actually get to the water) with all comforts needed for a family with small children. By bike you can reach the center of Amsterdam within 15 minutes.

Familyhome with a big garden and free parking

We have a honestly unique house in Diemen, a new neighborhood close to public transport directly to Amsterdam. It's unique because the house is detached ans very well equiped. We have bikes, a trampoline and a huge amount of grass to play on. For a swim you can jump in the canal, just across the street. Naturally, we have tv, wifi, washer and dryer. There are two bedroomrooms for children and there is a masterbedroom. The bathroom contains a shower and a seperate bathtub.

Beautiful city beach with restaurant and surf club and a lovely park within a 2-minute walk. Our house is very suitable for families with children. IJburg is a modern quiet neighborhood in Amsterdam where mainly families live. IJburg has various shops, supermarkets, restaurants and a cozy harbor.

Unique spacious (private) boat in Amsterdam.

"Sailing barge Titaan” is a relatively new ship in the Dutch fleet. She is build in 2001 and has been used mostly for romantic sailing trips and weddings. Nowadays she has been refitted to accommodate groups of passengers (up to 12 people). The traditional white sailing barge in combination with a more modern and luxury interior gives the whole ship an interesting twist and a perfect place to unwind and relax.

Spacious waterfront home on the greenest canal in Amsterdam. Large eat-in kitchen (50m2) with lots of equipment, even a lava grill in case you can't use the outdoor kitchen and BBQs in bad weather. You can relax on the floating terrace or in the sauna in the garden. You can cool off and/or swim directly from your own garden in the canal.
